I have installed it on a multisite but the plugin options do not appear
Hi – Please could you advise.
I created a 404 page. I left the redirect in your plugin as a 301 … checked that it redirected to my custom 404 … worked great.
Changed the redirect in your plugin as a 404 … never redirected to my custom 404 again (even when I changed back to 301).
As the site is in development stage, I do not want to share the url. Is there an email I may contact you on?
Thanks.

Hi! I use the WP-Offload plugin with Amazon S3 and Cloudfront. And i set the plugin to don’t save images in my server, and i use only the offload images.
But each time with a people read an article its generated many logs. For example
https://selectgame.gamehall.com.br/sejuani-ganhara-skin-firecracker-em-league-of-legends/
And the logs generated from /.well-known/traffic-advice URLs, and i dont have access to my server or configuration to adjust this.
Any chances to get a configuration to save specific logs and don’t populated the database too much? Thanks in Advanced!

hello, I just installed your plugin and cannot get it to redirect to a preferred page on my site. (https://www.asafeplaceonline.com/articles/)
I am using Oxygen as the site builder. Any ideas as to why?
Thanks for any help.
Hello,
Redirect to any page in “HELLO” theme does not work.
If tried another 404 redirect plugin “Smart Custom 404 error page [404page]” which redirects correctly.
I thought you might want to know. I like the simplicity of your plug in and the log function.
So, maybe you want to have a look at it and fix it.

Bo

Header, footer and the custom page are visible but the first sentence of text of the standard error page is showing on top of the custom error page.
I use /%postname%/ in the permalinks and saved the option page again.
I cleanup the tables.
301 and 302 are working fine.
… does not work correctly with 404 option.
????
I’ve read in one of the post:
“So, 301 and 302 redirects work great!!
however the 404 redirect to a custom page does not work correctly. I just get a blank page with my header and footer in it, but no content.
my Permalinks are set to ‘Post Name’”
Hi Alan,
this is similar to a post that was logged last year but that poster never explained how he fixed the problem.
I can’t give you a link because my site isn’t live yet.

I created the page using Elementor (free) and selected that page in the target for the 404 in settings. Maybe it needs to be a plain WOrdPress page? I’ll try that tomorrow and let you know.
In the mean time, do you know how that guy from last year fixed the same issue he had?

Sean

Hello,
I have loved your plugin but it no longer works on my site ??
For example, this page that is now deleted no longer redirects to the home page:
https://www.kindshop.co.uk/shop/purpose-and-wild/
Instead I now get a 404 page.
Thanks for your help,
Karen
I noticed that google is complaining that I don’t have sitemap.xml, I checked and indeed I have no sitemap.xml file because wordpress lately generates that “on the fly” instead of saving it as a file to the storage.
However, that causes a problem. Since there is no physical sitemap.xml file, when the 404 redirect plugin is enabled, it generates a 404 error and redirects to my homepage, resultsing = google does not finx my sitemap.xml
How can I make an exception to not redirect the missing sitemap.xml?
A lot of entries are now in the log file and I want them to delete all.

Hi, I have a job website, where I redirect my users who want to apply for jobs, on the respective company website job links.
But after few days, when the company fills in the vacancies, they close the page, and if anyone gets redirected will see a 404 error on their website. Since, most of them do not provide an expiry date, many times, such links are unattended.
Is there any way to redirect to a page created on my website, if that link(company website) throws a 404 error or broken link error? (Please note, the 404 error will be on another website and not mine)
I set up a 404 page and configured it to be shown on 404 errors. The problem is I tried to see it and never was shown, it was shown the Theme default. I saw all the documentation but can’t find the problem. Any help will be mosre than welcome.

I have been using your plugin but for some reason, the page does not get formatted properly when a 404 error is encountered.
My custom 404 page is https://orenstransitpage.com/not-in-service/ and shows up fine if you link to it directly.
However, if you were to try going to a page that would generate a 404 error (such as https://orenstransitpage.com/asdfasdfasdfsdf), you will see that everything is shifted off to the left.
When I use the inspect tool in Chrome on the latter page, I see

whereas on the former page, the same part of the page says

, so I think the issue might be stemming from there. However, my attempts to find where in the various PHP files that code needs to be changed have not been successful.
Hi,
I just installed your plugin on a site i’m developing, and it shows this error as per screenshot.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/h87k22pelk30vlz/Screenshot%202020-04-14%2023.33.47.jpg?dl=0
I disabled all plugins and tracked it down to your plugin.
Could you have a look?
I’ve recently installed your plugin, and when I checked the log, I noticed over 10,000 redirects, which seems exceptionally large considering I only have 3,000 visitors to my site a month. Is there an issue I am unaware of?
