I’m having problems with the plugin and wonder if anyone can help.

After everything was working fine right after installation, now it stopped working on some sites.
It doesn’t show on my reservation page and other pages.
It appears and works fine on when editing the page on Elementor but not on the live website.
I entered the shortcode on three sites with Elementor, only on one it’s working. If you click on the button in the top right corner, it is working.
But https://shekho-landau.de/reservation/ and in Site Footer it’s not working.

Do you have any ideas?
I’ve removed the shortcode and created the page again, no success. Also WordPress caches have been emptied.

I tried to center the whole form using CSS but I can’t center the grid of buttons that lets users choose time (class=”buttons-wrapper” I think). I tried every command but none of them work.

I used to get email about upcoming restaurant reservations but i havent recieved any eventhough customers clearly booked it and even got confirmation emails. I have tried cancelling and making new bookings as test but I dont get anything on my side. I havent changed anything so its quite weird. Last email I got was more than 10 days ago.

Wordfence is reporting a vulnerability with version 23.0211 of your plugin, you can read about it here. I was wondering whether this will be fixed soon and if you think I should deactivate and delete your plugin for now. If I do delete it will I lose all the settings and data, or will that all still be there when I reinstall?

Wordfence say due to the vulnerability it ‘makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin’s settings’. On my Plesk server I have ‘Disable file editing in WordPress Dashboard’ and ‘Block access to wp-config.php’ Will these two settings help with this issue?

Is there a function or setting in the plugin that can be used to determine how long the guest wants to stay in the restaurant? In the settings, I can specify how much time the guests can spend together. But if the guest only wants to book 30 minutes or 90 minutes, the guest no longer has the option. Maybe it’s just me who can’t set this up, or is there no such option in the settings? If there isn’t one, is it planned?

Hallo, ich habe zwei drei Stunden gebraucht um den Fehler zu finden. Jedes mal wenn ich auf Speichern geklickt habe kam “wordpress aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen. die antwort ist keine gültige json-antwort.”
Jetzt habe ich rausgefunden, dass es an REDI liegt. Nachdem ist das Plugin deaktiviert habe, kommt keine Fehlermeldung mehr.

Ich verstehe das alles nicht. Das Plugin wurde erst vor drei Wochen aktualisiert!

Schade, die Funktion war gut. Wei? jemand eine Alternative zu diesem Plugin?

Is it possible to set different opening and closing times on the same day? For example, on Mondays the restaurant opens at 12:30 and closes at 15:30, reopens at 19:30 and closes at 23:00. And so on…

When Im trying to set blocked times from “Add blocked times” setting the plugin lets me set the date and times but when I click “Add” button it shows this error:
“Server Error in ‘/’ Appliction.
Runtime Error”

“Add blocked range” and “Add multiple blocking” sections work perfectly.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Is it possible to set a smaller number of seats on a specific date?
For example if number of seats available is normally 100 but for May 1st I would like it to be 50.

Hi – when I export the reservations list, it says it will be emailed to me. How do I know which email address it’s going to? The one as contact email for the restaurant, the website developer, who?

Our closing time is set to 9:30pm, but a reservation came through for 10:30pm. I’ve checked time zone in wordpress and it is correct.

When trying to access Upcoming Reservations, we are getting this:

It was working an hour ago.

Is it possible to switch the date format from 12H to 24H on the frontend, so in the reservation form?

Please advise if your plugin is capable of handling the following needs specific to my situation:

Table A: Seating Capacity: 2-4, Available Time: 4pm, 6pm
Table B: Seating Capacity: 2-6, Available Time: 4:15pm, 6:15pm

No same-day booking after 2pm

Is it possible to map a floorplan image to available tables to book?
If not, is it something you’re planning to add in next releases?
