Responsive means that when a browser window changes sizes, so does the responsive element. This plugin does display the most recent posts but it doesn’t resize itself for mobile devices. The size of the window is way off the screen. I even tried to adjust the CSS of the site to make it more responsive but to no avail. Perhaps it’s a pro feature but there are other solutions out there that offer actual responsiveness without a price tag.

A simple slider, there is a possibility of publications in specific categories. The slider can show pictures and small text. The size of the images and the text length are configured. Happy to use on the website of the photographer.

The slider is clean and works well (more than I can say for some plugins). But, it’s not as flashy as some other sliders I’ve tried.

Works great!
Yes, I have tried a few, and many are not as easy to figure out, this slider also handles posts which is hard to find. In fact, it is hard to find sliders like this that are being regularly supported and updated.
Inexpensive Pro version offers more features and hopefully a way for the developer to continue to be interested, so buy something to ensure your plugin stays being supported.
I saw that this developer has received a few poor ratings for no apparent reasons, too bad they could not be investigated by WP and examined for intention.
thanks

Paid version does not work at all, stick to the free version, not very customizable but actually does work quite well

this plugin doesn′t custom and the author doesn′t help in install.
I recomend that you don′t pay.

This is good plugin for a easily creating a simple slider from existing content & images. My only gripe is that the mandatory width column requires a number, and whatever width setting will break responsive themes. Suggest width allows for optional % or max settings if possible.

A brilliant plugin

This plug in is awesome but I want the php code :'(
How can I display it in a page not as a widget only ?

I’ve installed this on my blog and it works wonderfully! It’s very customizable and easy to work with! No issues here!

So far, the plugin has done exactly what I thought it would, and more.
Downloaded, installed, applied a few css styles, and done. No hassle.

Very nice and on the point plugin, it takes featured image from latest posts (you specify the number) and it displays excerpt if you want on the right side. Good number of customizations, it would be perfect to have categories and posts names instead of their IDs but ok, i can live with it.

After testing dozens of image slider plugins, like Nivo, vslider, etc, etc, this one is the only that actually does what it’s supposed to. If you want a plugin to display Featured Images from post-thumbnails functionality, this is the one.

No disrespect to the author, the plugin does work, but it seems to have a very specific purpose. If you’re looking for a scroller using post thumbnail images, this would be perfect. But it really seems to be designed around the thumbnail being the focus and that’s not what I needed.
Also, it’s horizontal only, so again seems very specific and not configurable. Considering the last two scrollers I tested didn’t even work, I give the author credit for providing a functioning plugin.
On word of advice to the author: it would be nice to see a screenshot of the plugin in use so we can know what to expect.

The plugin was easy to install and configure. Only problem remains that I am unable to show the excerpt in the slider.

Needed a little bit of CSS tweaking for it to work with my current theme! ??
