The team behind this plugin has become unresponsive.
At first they were helpful, but now they ignore my support requests and have left me with an unusable site. I contacted them on May 18 and quickly got a response of “we are working on it” but now it is June 4th and they ignore my messages and have not fixed the issues. I do not recommend this plugin, especially for the price they are charging.

Using this on several sites for realtors. I like the versatility of the product. I was able to create custom pages for custom towns, counties, and types of homes.

It has been a pleasure working with IDX Realty Pro team. I had a clear idea of what search capabilities I wanted my website to provide and initially had a hard time finding it. I was about to give up when a techie friend of mine ran across the IDX Realty Pro website. After an initial conversation it quickly became apparent that we had finally found the sophisticated IDX search software I’d been looking for- it does exist!! Software that would allow my perspective clients whether they be tech savvy or not to search with ease and at the same time allow me to customize the way in which I showcase my listings and the MLS listings.

I also really appreciate the quick reponse time and additional help with my site. Many of the other companies I’ve run across that provide online and IDX services for real estate professionals close at 5pm during the week and are not available on the weekend. This clearly does not work.

This has been an incredible plugin that has helped us capture MLS listings and customize what we show our audience. The information on the properties is visually appealing, up to date and appears fast.

The support team provides hands-on assistance in the setup if needed. It also helps customize the plugin for the user’s needs.

Subdomains on other IDX’s have been a pain in the butt. Google doesn’t seem to like those pages and you can’t get anywhere. This one has pages I can manage on my own and will actually rank. Plus my web developer says it is easier to customize for the features I need to compete with sites like my competition is using.

I have used many other plugins and systems for integrating IDX with a WordPress website, and this by far makes it so much easier.
