Hi, The Plugin shows the following Fatal Error when I try to activate it. So it cannot be activated.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function create_function() in PATH-TO-DOMAIN/wp-content/plugins/realsatisfied-widget/realsatisfied.php:466 Stack trace: #0 PATH-TO-DOMAIN/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(2314): include_once() #1 PATH-TO-DOMAIN/wp-admin/plugins.php(192): plugin_sandbox_scrape('realsatisfied-w...') #2 {main} thrown in?PATH-TO-DOMAIN/wp-content/plugins/realsatisfied-widget/realsatisfied.php?on line?466
I was trying implement this plugin on my website and it throws a fatal error, could not activate plugin notice. Sorry didn’t save the error message just moving onto implementing my reviews manually but you may want to test if this plugin needs to be updated to be compatible with the current version of wordpress.
]]>When you click on a testimonial to read the full text on a mobile device, the window that opens is not responsive and one cannot close the window.
]]>When I attempt to add the Vanity Key to pull in testimonials for an office the following error is given:
Error:
A feed could not be found at https://rss.realsatisfied.com/rss/agent/{VANITY KEY}. A feed with an invalid mime type may fall victim to this error, or SimplePie was unable to auto-discover it.. Use force_feed() if you are certain this URL is a real feed.
Setting are:
Display Mode: Office
As you can see it’s still pulling the feed as if it were an agent. I attempted to froce_feed() to no avail. The /agent/ was still present and unable to pull the office feed.
I have had the developers on our side look into to see if it was our template causing something, and we have found that the issue resides with the Plug-In.
Any information that you could provide to help fix this issue would be helpful.
Thanks for your time!
