I have audio ie music embedded in the video I have added to the Single product page using your plugin but even though the video is playing perfectly the audio is not playing at all.
Do you have a fix for this please?
]]>The video is taking over the place in the gallery where the product variation image would appear. When you select a variation, you can see that the thumbnail is updated, but the gallery image above it is still the video. This is not desirable, because a customer may wish to see the variation. Expected behaviour is that the video should stay in the list, and the variation should also show and become selected.
]]>I’m trying this plug of yours interesting. I am interested in starting videos that are uploaded to my site. I wanted to know are only mp4 supported? I uploaded an MP4 video on my PC they open with readers. But loading it through your plug in says it is not supported. I put links of the product.
]]>Hi there! Using Astra Theme and Astra Pro Plugin, blog archive pages will randomly not load the featured video. Somethings they show nothing/blank featured section, if you refresh the page they will load again. I though as Astra is such a popular theme you may want to have a look at it.

]]>Hello, I have embedded a video from my YouTube channel into one of the Product Pages on my site (see the page link above) to see if your plugin will do the things i want done before I sign up for PRO version. here is what I am looking for:-
- I want a 1:1 aspect ratio and I know I will get this option with PRO
- Need to set a Thumbnail instead of the YouTube triangle – I think this will happen with PRO
- I have set Controls to Loop but the video seems to play only once. Am I doing something wrong or do this need PRO also?
- I note that when the video did stop, the screen showed the next YouTube video (not one of mine). Is there some way to just get it to return to the Thumbnail.
- Once I can get your answers to these few questions I’m ready to sign up for PRO.

html video element is missing webkit-playsinline="true" playsinline="true" in order for video to autoplay on safari. It should be at least an option to activate this feature ??

The ultimate habit tracker image is from the product image gallery. I have put in a random video as a tester, which looks great when it is the main image, however when I click other images, the video thumbnail is just grey.

There is a huge space between the video and the headline, its padding-top: 540% for .fluid-width-video-wrapper. I tried to change it in styling but it is not taking. Am I doing this correctly? How do you fix the wide space gap?

Hi, the fullscreen button on the thumbnail video is disabled and can’t make the video fullscreen.
Using this plugin with Elementor Pro seems to produce a bug. In the Post, I’m using Gutenburg but created an Elementor “Single” post layout to have the Featured Image/Video post at the top of the post. After inserting the YouTube URL, not only does the video show at the top of the Post but it replaces to logo in the header! Disabling Elementor Pro fixes the replaced logo but then the Featured Video disappears.

Only 1 Vimeo Video is playing, but not all at the same time.
After refresh a different Vimeo is playing, but not all 3.
Product Detail page slider display featured video in slider and replace the featured image but in navigation thumbnail featured image is display and thumb navigation working in wrong way. Please fix this as soon as. It’s my live website.

We are using Wp Astra Pro theme and with the gallery horizontal and vertical position, this plugin causes the first feature image to be not shown when there is not video link added.
By this i mean the picture is not showing when i click on the first featured image and a lightbox appears, it works for all the other images, and the issue dissapears when i disable this plugin.
Can you offer a solution?

]]>I was building a page and when setting up the blog posts and featured image area, the theme (wordpress 2024) as an aspect ratio setting option for the featured image. I had hopped that this plugin would crop the video to respect this setting.
I would like to fill the hight to 100% of the area, but crop the sides of the videos to fit inside the container so that the grid of posts, would be uniform , no matter if they have featured images or featured videos. Besides this, all is good i think (also the rounded corners does not seem to work on the thumbnails either.
I am using the Cover option, for the Scale
When plugin is activated and if we visit the Product Attributes’ archive page, there is an extra/duplicated <img src> inside the same woocommerce loop & the product’s <a> tag
When deactivated, the page looks normal as expected.
It happened to us only on the attributes’ archive. Not on category pages
]]>When the video is added, it is confined to a small rectangular box. Only the middle section of the video can be seen. See attached.
The video is vertical because it was taken using a phone. I have outlined it in red to show the real size.
Second issue is that the video is always placed as the first image position of the product. In the main Shop section, if you click it will play the video. You can’t go to the detailed product page unless one clicks on the product title. Again that video is shown in a small confined rectangular box in the main Shop.

This plugin work correctly for videos in library (Self host) but when I select Embed and insert URL in this field, Video does not show and play in thumbnail. The video is being downloaded.
I upload video in my server and url is: https://file.mydomain.com/…. So it mean I did not use Youtube, Vimeo & Dailymotion.
