When I click on any question, or type a question, I am taken to a 404 page error. Any clues why?

Hello. I’ve installed the RealAnswers real estate Q&A plug-in and registered for a new account and API key on the Settings page as my admin panel tells me to do, but I’ve gotten no feedback after a day. How long does it take?
