If it requires an upgrade to a paid Pingdom plan, the plugin description should say so rather than wasting my time only to find out after.

I think that anyone who has a business website and is not using RUM to test how fast Your end-user experiences the site is missing the entire point of a fast website.

So I am all for using this but as somebody who runs Genesis I can just take the JavaScript and place it into the header or body and get the exact same results without having to add an additional plug-in.

Pingdom keep on doing what you are doing I love it. I can see the reason for this plug-in where some people are running a framework that does not automatically allow a header footer/body. area in which you can add this.

another quick tip segment.io and Google tag manager ( along with numerous other tag systems) allow you to place one piece of Java on the site you can then add as many extra components like Pingdom giving you the ability to do more with out slowing down your site.

I’ve used Pingdom for years on various sites. this plugin enables you to get Pingdom functionality more easily that pasting their script in, manually.

This is an awesome little tool. I’ve been using Pingdoms service for a while now, but didn’t realise how handy their new Real-time User Monitoring service was until installing this plugin.

Easy to use and easy to get up and running.
