I’m having trouble changing the image order in the gallery using the WPL plugin. Despite adjusting the sequence, the changes don’t seem to save or appear on the front end. Could you kindly guide me on whether there’s a specific setting or step I might be missing?

Vinno.

]]>Hi
I wonder if you can help me. I have migrated my website to a new domain and hosting and it all looks fine until i click on one of the property listings and then is says You don’t have access to see properties! Please login or register first. I can’t see where i can allow users to view these listing without needing permissions. I don’t understand why it would say that when the existing site i migrated from was all ok.
Thank you and I would appreciate any help with this.

]]>Hey, I’m using Realtyna Organic IDX plugin + WPL Real Estate plugin for an Real Estate website. The only issue I’m having with Google map is not working. I successfully added both Api keys client side and server side. Please let me know about it how can i fix it.
Thanks
Can’t update plugin to latest version. “Error: This plugin requires a newer version of PHP.” We leave it up to Siteground to manage our PHP version. They obviously think 7.4.33 is still what’s best and most stable and I trust them. I submitted a Support Ticket with Realtyna already, but wanted to post something public in case others are experiencing this error too.
I searched their KB and the only mention of PHP version is here: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/529/28/system-requirements-for-using-wpl stating “PHP?7.4.x or higher”
Did their actual System Requirements get updated before they updated their System Requirements doc?

So, a previous post here discussed issues with “stretched” images. We found our site doing the same thing after the most recent update. I see in the new update there were some “Divi” fixes. Divi is what we use.
So, I dug deeper. First I did a quick review of the CSS and then did Wayback to test if that CSS existed before. It did not. So, new CSS has been added causing the stretch problem.
But, that is not all. On single displays of properties, there is now a huge amount of white space above the listing details, with images being added with 0 (ZERO) Opacity.
So, to test the theory further, I downgraded to version 4.12. This fixed the white space and the stretching.
So, whatever changes have been made in the latest version is causing massive CSS display issues with our site. I now have to force a non-update of the plugin until this is resolved.
Is there any documentation noting these CSS changes and how we should handle it?
Finally, when I went to downgrade the plugin, I found a large error log. I killed this, and then tested the site again. The log has already grown exponentially…and is full of the following warnings…
[07-Sep-2023 16:51:24 UTC] PHP Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/customer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl/libraries/widget_search/frontend/general.php on line 1144

And yes, this exists with the older and newer versions. (Of note…the file I deleted had grown to 120mb).
Can you help?

We have added images on single property page but images are showing as stretched. Is there any option to show images in original size on single property page? We have tried to add the css to fix this issue but it didn’t work. Could you please provide me a solution to fix this image size?

]]>Hi Guys,
I just upgraded on a development site to test the upgrade and the maps are no longer working on the front end. The backend is fine
On the front end I see first a grey box and when I switch between the pictures and the map it eventually shows just blue water. I then zoom out like 10 times to see some tiny islands. It feels like it just sits in the middle of the map. Screenshot after zooming out 10 times.
Please could you assist.
Thanking you in advance.
Kind regards,
Regine
]]>Good afternoon,
Thank you for creating this beautiful plugin. I have just installed it and I’m trying out all the features before considering the pro version.
I ran into the following problem: the Google Maps map is not showing up on my front end. It remains blank on both the listings page and individual property page. It does seem to work in the backend when specifying a property location.
Could you please navigate me through the steps to make the map work on front end? I am running the Neve theme and the console shows the following errors. Thank you kindly

Now, I have display_errors: off.
I have all updated to the last version. WordPress: 6.2.2 – Enfold 5.6.2 – WPL 4.13.0 and php version was 7.4.3. I have tried to fix it changing the version php to 8.1.20 and 8.2.7 but it isn’t fixed
How can I do to fix them?
Thanks in advanced,
Jordi
]]>Hi all,
I have been trying to make this WPL Pro Listing properties to work this couple of days, however without any success, so any kind of assistance would be appreciated.
I have followed the WPL PRO instructions to the dot, to set up a multilingual real estate website(https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/601/).
When I click on the Real Estate button in the navigation in the default language(Croatian) I get the following:
However if I go to the language switcher and select English, I get them displayed as they should:
I have WPML that has been set with 3 languages, of which one is set to be the default language. I have enabled Different languages in directories. Reset the permalinks, nothing.
What could be causing this behavior?

Borko
]]>I’m using Divi 4.20.2 with Realtyna Free Plugin 4.12.1 and WordPress 6.1.1.
I can’t get the Google Map to show using only the [WPL] shortcode using the text module of Divi. The map shows during my Divi WYSIWYG editing and it shows when I use the default theme WordPress Twenty Twenty Three. Even in the add listing, the map shows. I’m sure the API keys are not a problem because it works everywhere except in the actual live page.

Hi
Hi I am using the WPL plugin with the Divi Theme.
I am trying to configure a wpl search widget in WPL Hidden. When i click on view fields, i can drag and drop fields ok but at the bottom of the page where it displays the fields i can see a scroll bar to scroll left to right to view more fields but the scroll bar doesn’t scroll so i cant drag it to the right to view more fields. I’ve tried it in 3 different browsers just in case it was an issue with the browser but the problem still persists.
Am i doing something wrong?
