Ich habe schon diverse Cookie Banner Tools getestet, aber keines hat zuverl?ssig funktioniert. Sicherlich h?tte man es mit anderen Tools hinbekommen, aber leider war der Support in der Regel mies. Mit Real Cookie Banner habe ich es endlich hinbekommen, meinen Facebook Pixel “in den Griff” zu bekommen, dank der Unterstützung von Matthias (Support über Real Cookie Banner).
Ich kann jedem, der ein Cookie Banner Tool suchen, Real Cookie Banner empfehlen, denn hier passt einfach alles – vom Preis, über das Tool selbst bis hin zum Support!

After the update this plugin crushed our website productivity from 99 to 35 because the cookie banner could not stop popping up. I contacted support on Friday morning (not even mentioning that they demand you to jump through hundred hoops to submit a simple ticket). It’s Monday night (way over 72 hours after) — never heard back from anyone. And we’re paying customer with a PRO license! I’ve also written 2 follow-up emails to the email address specified in the docs — no reply either. Very disappointed with this lack of communication and general ignorance of the team.

Das Real Cookie Banner Plugin hat mich total überzeugt! Die Installation war super einfach und man wird leicht verst?ndlich durch alle wichtigen rechtlichen Schritte geführt. Besonders begeistert bin ich vom Service – unglaublich schnell, freundlich und direkt mit der richtigen L?sung parat. Hatten Probleme mit unserem VG Wort-Cookie und uns wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden geholfen. So fühlt man sich richtig gut aufgehoben! Insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Plugin, auch ohne den Support angeschrieben haben zu müssen. Dann hatte ich ein Problem das der Google Analytics Tag nicht geladen hat, obwohl alles richtig eingestellt war. Support angeschrieben und absolut professionelle Hilfe bekommen, wobei mir auch erkl?rt wurde warum etwas nicht funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für den Preis sehr zu empfehlen.

Dieses PlugIn braucht man – und die Einrichtung ist auch machbar. Ein paar, nicht ganz unwichtige, Homepageteile sind kostenpflichtig, aber im Grund reichts, wir wollen ja nicht deutscher sein als die Deutschen. Vielen Dank für dieses PlugIn!

The temporal proximity of some reviews indicate it. This plugin (and some others) and the servers of a large German provider have a communication problem on the REST API.
And in the time that my provider can’t even get a response to my support request, this plugin has been reworked by devowl.io and a new working version has been released.
The creator not only takes exemplary care of the legal issues behind the plugin, but also responds quickly to support requests and creates solutions. This reinforces the feeling that I have chosen the right cookie plugin.

Seit einer Woche hat mein Internetanbieter ein Problem, dass sich negativ auf die Funktionsweise des Plugins ausgewirkt hat. Zun?chst dachte ich daher, es handele sich um ein Problem beim Plugin. Auf meine Anfrage beim Support wurde schnell reagiert und ich bekam auch die Info, das Plugin upzudaten. Die Entwickler hatte eine L?sung zur Umgehung des Problems auf Anbieterseite gefunden.
