Hi, I can’t backup, I see this message : You do not have sufficient permissions to access.
I’m using WordPress 5.5.3. I want backup for level up my Worldpress in 5.6.

]]>Hi,
I’ve done a back up to the FTP. It goes really fast and says it’s done. But in the list of backups my last one is from Oct 2014. Logs say the same. So where is this one going and how can I access it? I’ve got a full download to my computer from 2015, but now I can’t remember how I did that. Please help. thanks.
]]>I seem to be unable to restore my website via dropbox.
As I previously was able to authenticate my dropbox, and have several copies, I can’t connect to it any more.
Since my colleague made several stupid changes, I can’t seem to restore my site using ready backup pro.
The message I receive is as following:
No route found for “GET /authenticator/dropbox/complete/&dropboxToken=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” (from “https://gowired.wirebread.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ready-backup-and-restore”)
I have disabled my dropbox authenticator for the time being. Not sure if it relates to the problem above. But neither options (on/off Google authenticator) seemed to resolve said inconvenience.
I kindly await your reply.
Kjeld~
]]>Dear Ready Backup,
I have purchased the PRO version but it doesn’t seem to backup into Google Drive or Dropbox (authentication into the two services work).
Please advice.
Thanks.

]]>I purchased and install the WP Ready Back plugin, when i try to backup I get this error message “Could not find any files to backup based on your settings.” Can anyone help that familiar with this issue?
]]>I’m a newby to WordPress and this is my first ever attempt at creating a website.
I’ve installed ‘Ready! Backup’ plugin (the free version) and have run the backup on my website. However I don’t know where the backup is actually being saved to. It says FTP, what is that?
I can’t find anything saved to my computer. How do I know it has actually worked and what it has actually saved? I want it to backup the whole site including the theme, text, photos etc.
Many thanks
Elise
How can I restore the backup files on another website?
Thanks.
Trying to back up an out of date wordpress 3.0.1 site, so that I can safely attempt upgrade. plugin installed ok but when I try to run any kind of backup it shows a page with the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
Any ideas.
]]>I use Ready! Backup plugin over for two month, but with last update Backup button become inactive. And I can’t restore my previous backups.
No matter to FTP or DropBox backup
I believe I’ve installed the plugin correctly, and paid for the pro version. I set it up so it backups to my Dropbox account.
When I click the “Backup Now” button it thinks for a while then says “Please wait while the plugin gathers information”. I’ve tried dozens of times and it’s never got past 89%. Usually it stops around 75%.
Any suggestions?
]]>So after such a long time, paid for the PRO version, you guys stopping the support for me… Your plugin is actually behaving better! EXCEPT! When I tried to do full backup, it said it couldn’t find anything to backup, which is better then the hang I used to get. I had issues with my Dropbox and reading the backups I have on it so I logged out and tried to log back in but it won’t allow it… get a 404 error. I noticed you finally support OneDrive, so I tried to use that, but it says I need the PRO version, of which I have and is trying to make me buy it again.
So I would like one of them to work so I can try again and hopefully have a working backup system.
]]>Hello,
I use this plugin for a lot of client websites and am very happy with the result. That being said, I am having an issue on one site where when I click “Backup Now” it just sits there and never shows any of the green text signifying that the backup has begun. I believe my php is up to date so I am not sure what the problem could be. I have searched the support forum and have not found a similar issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

]]>Very funny. The big green button that should start the backup doesn’t do anything. A pity, I don’t have time for plug-ins that don’t do anything.
]]>Is there any way to grant access to the Ready! Backup plugin to the Editor user role? I have a client that needs limited access to the website but they really need access to the backup plugin as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
]]>FYI I got this message after activating this plugin (using latest v (Version 0.5.8) of this plugin):
“Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in /home/public/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3193”
]]>Hi,
I encounter an error when I try to login my account Dorpbox. I click on “Authenticate”, then I click “Autorize.”
But this page appears:
No route found for “GET / authenticator / dropbox / complete / = & dropboxToken Qb2dSt4zJDkAAAAAA …………..
(5 lines total)
How can I solve this problem?
thank you
Sadly this isn’t 4.0 ready as it doesn’t have a link to the plugin on the sidebar, nor does it have a “settings” link on the plugin description. The plugin is active and everything, but no links show. Uninstalling…
]]>I’m restoring a database backup and it is just got the spinning square… it has been about an hour and a half. The video tutorial said it should take 10-15min. Should it be taking this long?
]]>which the folder where my backups are stored?
]]>Hi,
I just completed my purchase of the PRO Version for $29 on your site, and was able to successfully get this installed (via the WordPress Plugin/Zip installation).
I was able to successfully get it activated, though I noticed I was told to download the normal version (free) which I did and activated that as well.
I started to setup the settings for this extension, but after setting up DropBox, I am shown an error message whenever I visit the “Ready Backup Pro” menu option =
Dropbox Client error: Unknown cipher in list: ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA:ECDHE-RSA-RC4-SHA:DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES256-\nTry to refresh page
– I’ve tried to refresh the page many times, tried to reinstall the plugin, tried to login/logout and refresh cache but still the same issue.
Note: I did notice that my dropbox account did successfully create the new folder within my apps folder area.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.
Thanks!

]]>Hello
Install and try Ready! Backup, it’s work. I try FTP and e-mail backups. But can’t find the way to change backup archive in to rar or 7zip format?
Hello! I am trying to back up an old blog so I can update WordPress. I installed Ready!Backup, but when I try to go to the setting page I receive the following error message:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I’m using WordPress 3.0.4. with a twenty ten theme, which tells you I need everything explained in words of one syllable…
Thanks for any help you can give me.
]]>Site restore not working. I got a blank screen instead!
Installed the free version of Ready! Backup. It seems to do a back up, OK. but not restore.
When pressed ‘restore’ it goes to <sitename>/wp-admin/admin.php?
and there is a blank screen only. No error message or anything.
The back up files can not be used for normal manual restore, either, as they are in specific propitiatory format.
Is this a bug? Anyone knows how to fix this?
Thank you.
]]>In the list of backups I’ve sent to DropBox, there does not appear to be any way to differentiate between the many websites that I’ve installed a paid Ready!Backup to. Meaning that I cannot tell which file in DropBox belongs to which website without investigating very closely (which client is using that plugin again? Oh yeah…), and sometimes not at all.
Wouldn’t it be possible to include the domain info somewhere in the name of the backup file? Or, failing that, let me specify a sub-folder of the Apps directory rather than forcing all of them into the Ready Backup PRO folder at DropBox?
Also, only the backups that I manually tell the plugin to send to Drop Box from the list of older backup files actually arrives. Nothing happens without my going to the sites and manually clicking to send the backup to DropBox, despite any kind of settings change.
Otherwise, this is the ideal plugin, and I’m hoping you can help me resolve this issue.
]]>Hi there,
I think your plugin looks great. I am thinking that I might purchase the Pro version but am trying the free version first.
I have a issue that I cannot see the restore page.
I click on the “restore” button and the “admin.php” page is blank?
What do you think the problem could be? I have no other backup plugins installed or have not installed any prior, it’s a relatively new site.
Thanks alot.
]]>Installed, the site broke. Deleted from the ftp site works but now theme is not displayed correctly, do not work Ajax, adminbar not displayed, with a different theme all right, but I need the one that was to install this ***! Reinstalling the template does not help.

Got following error:
Warning: Directory
/home/admin/domains/xn--znianje-fxb.si/public_html/wp-content//home/admin/domains/xn--znianje-fxb.si/public_html/wp-content/upready/ didn’t exist. Please create directory with permission 755 or 777 manually!”
But directory is there!
However it does not backup.
What to do?
Backups work well on FTP but when doing it on Dropbox, the backup files end up being empty.
