Unfortunately, this plugin is too old to cooperate with wp 4.0.

This plugin works in 3.1.2 for wp-ecommerce users who haven’t upgraded to wp-ecommerce 3.8

I’ve just done a significant rework of the plugin to run on 3.8. Waiting to hear from Adam Tootle about feeding my changes back in.
