I’m facing two issues with my RafflePress giveaway.

1. The Facebook Like Page button isn’t working. Even though I’ve entered the correct URL, nothing happens when I click the Like button.
2. The “Share on Facebook” option isn’t showing up on mobile. The Share button is missing when viewed on a phone.

I’ve attached screenshots of both issues for reference. Could you please help me fix these problems?

The plugin doesn’t seem to be functioning correctly. I’m using the latest free version, and when I try to use the “Follow on X” action, it doesn’t work as expected.

The issue is that it accepts any username without verifying whether the user is actually following the account. This means users can gain entries without the plugin checking if they are truly following.

Basically this happens to all actions. Every entry is automatically marked as valid without any check.

Also there is no list of “unverified / unchecked” new entries, so checking is basically left to the admin of thousands of enteries.

Is this how it should be?

Additionally, when selecting a winner, there’s no verification to ensure that the chosen winner is following the X account.

According to this documentation: https://rafflepress.com/docs/actions-verification-methods/, the plugin should automatically use the Twitter API to verify that the user is following before confirming and awarding entry points.

When exactly does the verification happen to ensure that the user is genuinely following on X?

It seems like users can enter any username and still receive entry points, even if the information is inaccurate. Could you please clarify or address this issue?

The plugin is not working. I use latest free version and when I try to use the “follow on X” its not working at all.

If I don’t add an entry action, it says “0 Ways to Enter”, but I hope that’s not true because users should get one chance to win by simply by entering their email.

If I add entry actions, it becomes confusing for new users because there are too many buttons to choose from.

I would prefer to only show the “Login with FB” and “Use your email” buttons to new users, then show additional entry actions after they sign up. Is it possible to do that?

I am currently using PHP 8.1 I have also tried 8.0 but still getting the same error. for some reason 8.2 seemed to be fine but the rest of my plugins where bugging out.

Hello guys, is there any plans to bring telegram full integration to RP?

In other SaaS solutions, there’s ability to confirm automatically if the user joined a group or channel.

And the ability to login with telegram and get their user info with ability to broadcast them messages as subscribers.

Can i do same on RP ?

I have created a giveaway using the free plugin to test. If you look at the video on the link below, you can see that I did not press and share the FB post and I just clicked on “I Shared” it registered as the users shared. (This happen similarly to liking the FB page)

My main question is, is this a glitch on the free plugin but has been solved on the paid plan? If this is how the plugin functions without checking if the condition is fulfilled this plugin is not really useful.

After I installed RafflePress (Pro Version), my website keeps automatically refreshing on the homepage every second. So to troubleshoot this issue, I deactivated RafflePress, and this “auto refresh issue” went away.

I cleared cache, and reactivated the RafflePress…but the problem started again.

Please guide me as to how to fix this issue. Thank you.

I have not had a problem with your plugin yet, but I’ve been tracking down PHP 8 upgrade troubles with some other plugins due to “undefined constants” causing fatal errors. Example: $_SERVER[REQUEST_URI] throws a fatal error, as PHP 7 would implicitly convert REQUEST_URI to a constant, but PHP 8 won’t.

I noticed your rafflepress-giveaway.php file has an occurrence, and I’ve seen $_SERVER[HTTP_HOST] in other files as well.

Are you planning on changing these to $_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’] and $_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’] at some point?

I use WPML and I want to translate the Raffle Prize of a raffle I created. How can I do that? When scanning the plugin strings with WPML, the individual raffle prize title does not appear.
