I have sent two emails to [email protected], one at the end of September, one at the beginning of October. It is now mid-November and still have not heard any response, despite paying for the premium plug-in.
We have customers calling in reporting they are not getting the correct numbers which they have manually selected at checkout and clicked Change. As soon as they complete payment, they are given the ticket number that is in sequence, instead of the one they manually selected, despite being within the specified allotted time.
Tickets are also being generated outside of the parameters set for the raffle. A raffle with a limit of 25 ranging from 1-25, there will be a missing spot #23 and a customer will be given a spot #26 instead. This issue happens every raffle, with no on hold orders.
I am interested in hosting raffles for giveaways on my site, but I am concerned about the legalities I have come across since conceiving the idea. I find in most states only tax-exempt organizations that meet certain other criteria can legally host a raffle; is this something I need to be concerned about?
]]>Hi, i’ve had an order for my raffle where a customer bought and paid for 2 tickets but has been issued 4 in the back end? Do you know how this can have happened? I checked the order and they definitely only bought 2 so i’m not sure how that happened? Can you help?
Thanks!
]]>I’ve just set the (free version) plugin up and made the product and have it linked to the raffle. BUT, for some reason, the ticket image in the cart and checkout are not displaying, even though I have have “Generate, Reserve, and Show Raffle tickets at checkout” enabled, “Generate Raffle Tickets for Order Status” are all turned on as well.
Since I can’t find and Test Mode, the product is set to hidden in Catalog visibility.
I’d appreciate any ideas on what’s to do.
]]>I am experiencing an issue with this plugin when exporting data to a CSV file using WP All Export. Instead of showing the actual ticket number, the CSV file displays “1,1,1” repeatedly. I want the export to show the correct ticket numbers. I am currently using the _rpwoo_ticket_no
value in the WP All Export plugin for this purpose. Could you please guide me on which value I should use to get the exact ticket number?
I have also attached a screenshot below to illustrate the issue.
How does Raffle Play Woo select a winner? I do not see any lace where this occurs?
]]>We have just started using your plugin and finding multiple ways the customer is buying raffle tickets, but they aren’t being issued. I’m manually having to change the order status to Processing and then completed. A couple of examples: A customer paid by Poli, it went to Processing, but there was no tickets issued. I toggled from Driver assigned, to Processing and back again to trigger the ticket issue. Another customer also paid by Poli, the purchased went straight to Completed, but it still didn’t generate the tickets. I had to toggle the order between Processing and Completed again to trigger the tickets to be allocated.

]]>Tickets with numbers do show when you’re checking out but the “Your order is being processed” email that you receive does not show the ticket with numbers. Is there another step with Paypal and it being a virtual product?
]]>When testing the plugin I used Cash on Delivery option and it work fine.
Once I linked the payment gateway, there no ticket numbers being generated and it also doesn’t appear under Tickets
You can easily assign a ticket quantity to a WooCommerce product. Is there a way to adjust the ticket quantity using WooCommerce variations. Ie. One variation worth 5 tickets and another variation worth 10 tickets?
]]>The winners page is not working since about three upgrades ago. If I input a ticket number it always returns the same person no matter which raffle I select. Can you please look at this bug?
]]>I read this, and I am confused:
“Record winners based on the raffle tickets (due to transparency, no random winner generator provided)”
Does the plugin select the winner or is that a manual process?
I am testing the plugin, it looks good.
I use the Plugin Check plugin for new (to me ) plugins – it shows some errors – could you check it out please?
]]>Hi, Dan
Your video on email customization refers to ‘templates’ directory in ‘plugins/raffle-play-woo/includes/’. I don’t see a templates directory there.

]]>Hi, a client website that is utilizing Raffle Play was sent a notice by their hosting provider stating that their site is at risk of being suspended. They are at risk of being suspended because the plugin was found to contain malware which violates the hosting providers terms of service. What can we do with Raffle Play to remove the malware and prevent our client from being suspended? Thanks.

]]>Have been using the plug-in and it’s great. However, approx 1 in 50 orders it doesn’t generate numbers. It’s completed the order but comes up with a button whereby you have to click generate tickets.
I’ve noted which orders have done it and there seems to be no reason for it. Any ideas please?
Hi is it possible to sell maybe 100 tickets and the customer can put maybe 20 tickets in game1 and 70 in game2 and 10 in game3 for example?
]]>Hello,
I want the option to restart raffle as soon as it finishes. So, Let’s say i select start date to be march 12th and ends April 12th, will the raffle automatically restart with the same time difference and end may 12th and the next automatic one end on June 12th and so on? This would eliminate a lot of admin work.
Thank You.
]]>Hello Dan,
I hope you are doing well.
We are using Lottery plugin (Woocommerce) and upsell plugin to sell upsell product as well. It’s not generating more than one tickets we after.
Paid Plugins : https://wpswings.com/product/one-click-upsell-funnel-for-woocommerce-pro/ (This add same product as an upsell product after checkout.)
Image : https://prnt.sc/DxRA1xKFM1Em
So basically,
1. Basic plan – it should generate 1 ticket for target product and 1 for upsell product. (on which you are working on.) = 2 tickets
2. Standard plan – 3 tickets(target product) + 3 tickets(upsell product) = total 6 tickets
3. Luxe plan – 15 tickets(target product) + 15 tickets(upsell product) = total 30 tickets
4. Deluxe plan – 50 tickets(target product) + 50 tickets(upsell product) = total 100 tickets
I have create raffle products : https://prnt.sc/Ruel1Ctnqyj2
Now, problem is main product only generates the tickets but not the upsell product.
Order1: https://www.bucketlistexperiences.au/checkout/order-received/2067/?key=wc_order_QkeBCU7jMOHD7
Order2: https://www.bucketlistexperiences.au/checkout/order-received/2060/?key=wc_order_PD1437pjHRcKa
Comment: It has 3+3 = 6entries: but only shows 3 entries
Please refer this video: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/14754563?key=8c514f5a6fa929feae35450b78d6ebf5
On checkout it should be 15+ 15 = 30 entries but it only generated tickets for target product not for upsell products.
