Got a message saying the plugin has no header.
]]>I was having an issue (Rackforms was hanging at the Working… black bar screen), so I deleted and reinstalled. I then imported the xml job back in.
However, now my email+ confirmation page isn’t working again (I get no e-mail or error message). You had fixed it after breaking it when you added the carrier return option, so not sure why it’s not working again (unless it has to do with importing a xml job). I tried reinstalling again just by deleting Express for WordPress from my ftp and then refreshing Rackforms, but then it wouldn’t load any jobs, so I had to import XML again, and the problem persisted.
The simple email function (versus email+) works (I get an e-mail), and I would be ok with just using that; however, the e-mails it sends me are difficult to read since it includes all the html language we use to format the various fields/elements.
Can you please help get email+ working again, or get simple e-mail to format the html in the e-mails it sends?
Thanks.
]]>Now, it’s no longer a bullet, but now: “Message body empty” I’ve tried different confirmation page elements (e.g., section, body), but it’s still there. How can remove?
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
All the Confirmation Page Display elements (total of 3) include a bullet point in front of them when published. Not sure what the purpose of this is. How can I remove?
Thanks,

Since you asked, some more feedback:
– Conditional Processing is buggy/inconsistent. Also, it would be great if you could have more than one conditional processing scenario per element.
– Edit Form Attributes box by default overlaps the Form Preview Area, making deleting form elements impossible.
– Very difficult to figure out how to copy over a form into a new “job”. I finally figured out I can do this by just renaming the job (it creates a copy).
Hi,
First off, thanks for making available this free plug-in! While the learning curve can be a little high and it appears more designed for experienced developers, we are slowly working towards creating our first form.
For a Text Area, even if the form user separates the text with returns, it does not appear that way in the E-mail Plus e-mail to me. How might I do that? Otherwise, it can be quite messy and difficult to understand.
Thanks,
Tyler
