Support was prompt. However there are lot of small UX issues that grow into big ones. Make sure you click save and are deliberate with all actions you make, otherwise quizzes won’t show up the way you’re looking for them to. That said, it gives you a lot more flexibility than other quiz platforms (admittedly I haven’t gotten far with many others). Good luck and have fun! -d

A few days ago, I realized this plugin is causing my site to have an error 500. Reported that immediately of course. Many days later, I still have not got any response at all. I had spent hundreds of hours creating great quizzes and surveys…… all down the drain.

I’m amazed at what you get in the free version.
I was a little bit stuck with one issue, but the dev got back in 48 hrs via email and I was sorted.
Really impressive plugin.
Might need a bit more documentation as some things are less obvious re how to achieve that task.

I wanted to try the plugin, I installed the free version, I created a quiz and discovered that the theme offered with the free version is completely empty. This way, you are forced to buy the premium plugin if you want to have a decent layout.
Then on a forum I discovered that they offer the Serene theme for free, a very basic one but at least it is not empty.
