I have a math test like this:- two sections: Section 1 and Section 2.- each section has 6 questions in the test.
I have entered the questions for each category in sections S_1_1, S_1_2…S_1_6, S_2_1, S_2_2…S_2_6.
Each subsection has more questions, obviously, depending on the degree of difficulty. If I choose random questions and answers, one from each subsection, it is very good, it shuffles the questions and gives me one from each, a total of twelve, but it also shuffles the order of the subsections. I would like to keep the order of the questions in the subsections.
Like this:
:-question 1, random from section S_1_1
-question 2, random from section S_1_2
………
-question 6, random from section S_1_6
-question 7, random from section S_2_1
…….
-question 12, random from section S_2_12
I mention that, if I choose only random answers but choose to take only one question from each section, it always gives me the first ones.
Here is the test and you can better understand what I want. I don’t want the question from S_II_7 first, I want the one from S_I_1 first, chosen randomly from all the questions from S_1_1

I recently installed QSM. I am yet to publish a quiz but I wanted to know if there is a way only logged in users can take quizzes. I do not want logged out visitors/guests to be taking the quizzes. The primary reason for this is that I have GamiPress installed and its integration with QSM seemed interesting. Since GamiPress only allows points/rewards to be given when someone is logged in, I did not want people to take quizzes while being logged out and therefore not receive any points!

For last 8 years as I use your great plugin I have to remove output of thumbnail from the quiz in every update. ( remove call get_the_post_thumbnail from function display_quiz in class-qmn-quiz-manager.php). It looks quite strange show huge picture above every question that covers the good part of screen.

What’s the reason to esc_html( $content ) at output of shortcode [qsm_link] in function qsm_quiz_link_shortcode? It destroys formatting and html special sings in button text.
This text comes from settings (not from user input), so admin/editor can do it by itself if he needs to escape something.
Could you remove call function esc_html from qsm_quiz_link_shortcode please!

I’m currently using this quiz plugin to create interactive quizzes, and it works great for providing feedback on answers—both correct and incorrect. However, I’m facing a challenge with implementing a neutral question at the start of the quiz.
Specifically, I want to ask participants if they are members of the organization. Since this is a neutral question, I don’t want to provide any feedback (correct or incorrect) based on their response. Unfortunately, the plugin seems to require a feedback option for every question, which doesn’t fit my needs in this case.
Is there a way to disable feedback for this specific neutral question? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The table where you have the questions order captured in table wp_mlw_questions, it saves all the questions order value as 1. I have to manually add the order to be able to fetch the right option for the questions. Otherwise it becomes very tough to show the list of results from all users. However, I thank you a lot for this plugin. Its just that some tweaks required to make it perfect.

I have found that “If you’re not seeing an option to change the title of the result page directly in Quiz and Survey Master (QSM), you might be encountering a slightly different interface, as QSM occasionally changes its UI in updates. However, you can still customize the Result Page Title indirectly using the following approach:
Solution: Modify the Content Heading in the Results Page
While there might not be a specific “title” field in the editor, you can modify the content heading of the result page to act as the title that users will see when they get their result.
Here’s how you can adjust the heading in the result content:
Go to Your WordPress Dashboard:
Navigate to QSM > Quizzes/Surveys.
Edit Your Quiz:
Click on the quiz you’ve created (e.g., “xxxxxxxxxxxxxx”).
Go to the “Results Pages” Tab:
Click on the Results Pages tab to access the result page setup.
Edit the Content of the Result Page:
In the Results Pages section, each result page will have a content editor.
Manually add a title (such as “Verbal Mastery” or “Numerical Genius”) as a heading inside the content editor. Use the heading format (H1, H2, or H3) to make this title stand out.
Example: Type something like ## Verbal Mastery or ## Strong Numerical Skills at the top of the content box. Save Your Changes. “

I have made a quiz compiled of 30 pages were each page contains 5 (connected) questions.
However I only want to show 10 pages out of the 30 pages, and I want the 10 pages to be picked randomly out of the 30 pages, so it’s a new quiz each time the user takes the quiz. Can I do it?
I can find the option to set a limit on number of questions and set random selection of all the questions. But i want to do it for pages, not questions, since i need to make sure that some of the questions a shown in a specific order.

I have been requesting support for over a week now, since time is of the essence. We only needed this for a short period of time since it is for a political campaign. I’ve been using the QSM plugin to create quizzes on my WordPress site, and I’m encountering an issue with the contact form placement in a newly created quiz.
Here’s the situation:
I created a quiz in my native language (https://co3app.com/pages/hu/regisztracio/) with two pages, each containing one question. At the end, there’s a contact form that users fill out before receiving an email. This setup works perfectly.
Now, I’ve created a second quiz, which is independent from the first one, but it’s meant to be an English version of the original. All the settings are identical to the first quiz, including the layout with two questions followed by a contact form. However, in this second quiz, the contact form appears right at the start, even before the first question, instead of showing up at the end.
I’ve double-checked all settings and can’t figure out why this is happening. Any help or suggestions on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!
