I have WordPress 3.1 installed and there are settings for cookie time delay for latter pop appearance, but popup appears on every page refresh.
Besides that, plugin has great customization possibilities, and with working cookie time delay it can be perfect for popups.

Popup widget area would enable users to add all kind of widgets with functions to popup. (subscribe, share, etc..)

Please help me with this. I installed and activated a popup based on “Quick Popup” script, but the popup won’t show. I tried many setting for cookie time but it still does not work.
