Hello, after the last plugin update, the website is getting a critical error. What could be the reason?
Thanks.
]]>It has been reported that there is a CSRF issue with the plugin. This is being fixed and everything should hopefully be back online very soon.
If you get a warning email or message when logged in you can disable the plugin but the plugin will still work. The issue is on the admin side of the plugin not the client side.
]]>Hi!
I had three currencies on my website (RON, USD, EUR). I removed USD currency by clicking on “remove button” (see screenshot)
And JS removed this block visually, but when I am trying to save changes, I see this picture.
USD currency has gone, but new EUR currency appeared with name Euros (which I didn’t create).
How can I set only TWO currencies (RON and EUR in my situation)
P.S. I have upgraded (PRO) module and WP version 6.4.3

How can I add a label (e.g How much do you need to borrow?) above the value sliders?
]]>I found that I can change the currency to Thai Baht and the Thai Baht sign. Is it possible to change the language to the fields e.g. down payment, loan amount? Thank you!
]]>Hi there,
First of all, great plugin! I love how customisable it is ??
I noticed that the Pro version comes with the option for “Interest Rate Sliders” and I just had a few questions about these:
– Does this work the same as the other sliders, i.e. we can set the minimum, maximum, and step values? And this will allow the user to adjust the interest rate on the front end?
– Can we setup multiple different calculators (via shortcodes or otherwise) with different values for these sliders, or disable the slider altogether on certain calculators?
Thanks!
]]>Hello, Im developing a website on a staging domain. Can I buy a license to work with the Pro version and then move the site to a real domain?
]]>Hi. I am interested in buying the PRO version of your plugin. I just wanna ask if the plugin supports different types of loan and their corresponding interest rate and maximum number of months respectively. Thank You.
]]>I just came across your plugin and I love to use it. To help follow up can the applants phone book be accessed and contact automatically uploaded during application? This feature will help us send text to defaulters’ contact list and trace defaulters through their phone book. Thanks

]]>Hi I have made the form text input only – how do I remove the labels underneath each field that say “Maximum & Minimum”?
Also the title of each field is listed twice – eg. Loan Amount (italic) then underneath Loan Amount is listed again. How do I remove?
Plus is there option of making each field start with zero & have a “Calculate” button?
Thanks!

Hi,
I am interested in this plugin for a site I am building.
I wanted to know if the FORM portion can just be used without the calculator portion and after a person fills the form, does it make the a user and let them login to back end to track the status of the application?
Thanks.

It show correctly on the slider but the application it still show the dollar $ after we have completed a test application. Client that have used the site to apply via the website application form indicates $ instead of R
We have selected the option that the admin fee must before interest is there away we can show the admin fee separately
]]>Hi there!
You are using all the fields I need, but I am looking for them in a specific order. The person enters in:
1) their monthly budget
2) the interest rate
3 the term length (in years)
and then they get the mortgage amount that they can afford for their budget.
Can you do this?
]]>Good Day
I’m using on Sydney theme for our site, I have activated the plugin but I don’t see it and I am not sure where to add the code [qis]
You will see on the home page where I have added the buttons to the application form and calculations slider which we want to put on separate page, I want to purchase the pro version but I want to know how everything works.
I’m very new at website building sorry if the questions are basic

]]>Hi
I can see that the plugin has a lot of functionality and will hear if I can develop something like this loan calculator. https://digifinans.dk/application
Thanks
]]>I’m having awful problems with this. We are using the pro version of the calculator and my boss is saying that the payments calculated arent correct, if fact the are way out!
On our system we calculated a loan for 10,140.00 over 36 months at the first time borrower rate of 6% (APR 6.18%) and the total amount repayable is 11,054.59 with the loan calculator with the same calculations equates to 11,380.00 a massive difference.
Any advice appreciated.
