The plugin works without a hitch. It’s simple to use, integrates beautifully into the dashboard and the FAQ generated by it looks pretty good. I don’t really have anything negative to say about it.
The description should say that you have to remove the apostrophes from the shortcodes for them to work.
For me this plugin has two minor quality of life features missing that would make it perfect, but it’s not that big of a deal. One is the ability to sort by FAQ group in the list of questions, the other to modify the order of questions (currently it displays them in the order they are posted).
Also for the devs (if you still read the reviews): If you click on “Settings” for this plugin at the Installed plugins page it gives an error -> Cannot load quick_and_easy_faqs.
edit: So right as I post the review I figure out that if you click on the group names in the question list, it will filter out the other groups and that technically by editing the publishing date you can manipulate the order in which the questions appear in the FAQ.
Plugin is 10/10, I hope it will never break or my heart will break with it.

Quick and Easy FAQs functions like the WP post structure so it feels fully integrated to use on both sides. It has no special decor, symbols, or colors, so it fits with any theme and looks like the rest of the site.
Great solution for simple FAQ. You cannot put questions in order.

Lightweight and simple. I had to make a few tweaks to suite my purposes though. I had some questions that were a bit longer and couldn’t fit on one line – which looked quite poor with the out of the box styling. I added a css tag to the text output so I could further stylize the output to look better.
Also, the plugin calls a local version of Font Awesome so if you are already calling it on your website you may want to remove the duplicate request. It would be nice to have an option to disable this script on the dashboard options.
Suggestions
1. combine dashboard options to one location
2. add somekind of css selector to text output for better custom styling
3. add option to disable local version of font-awesome

I can get [faqs style=”toggle”] to work but [faqs style=”toggle” grouped=”yes”] and a number of other variations show nothing.
I noticed an update a couple of hours ago so the developer is active but I don’t want to invest any time enter FAQs in to a system that isn’t working ??

Works out of the box and is so easy to use. Now, if there was only some way of being able to sort the FAQ’s (other than messing around with dates) then this would be perfect. Still a 5 star product though!

Easy to understand and get started for the novice wordpresser. Was up and running with a full page of Q&A’s in a few hours. Love the ability to create my own color options. Blended with my them without problem.
Feature Suggestions;
(1) Search tool for page visitors.
(2) Combine the plugin settings in the admin panel to a single location in place of having them in two separate locations.
(3) Some form of being able to view home many times each FAQ has been viewed.
