Or do you not charge..?
What about the second chance – how to activate this?
Oh, and is the WooCommerce high-performance storage issue resolved?
]]>Hello,
According to WooCommerce the “Zip North America Gateway for WooCommerce” plugin is incompatible with ‘High-Performance order storage’ which prevents us activating the ‘High-Performance order storage’ feature. Can this be resolved and how soon?
]]>The ZIP option is showing below the Update Car and Proceed to Checkout button on woocommerce, i wanted to show the ZIP option above the button, kindly advise how to do that
]]>Hello! We’re using the Quadpay (Zip) plugin on our website. Whenever customers go through the checkout process and submit their orders using Zip, their orders then turns from processing to cancelled. Although, their payment went through and everything. We also have the funds in our account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
]]>Hi, is there a way to force the Zip label’s location to be below the price tag?
]]>I just got this error message while attempting to use Quadpay on my website:
“Sorry, there was a problem preparing your payment. Please try again.”
After getting that message, I tested Quadpay through several different computers and locations, and it seems to work sometimes, but then other times, it delivers that error message.
I’ve double-checked the plugin to make sure it’s up to date. Please help me figure this out.
]]>I get this error everytime i try to test connection, but in wordpress woocommerce I have everything ok but when I try to test conecction in the merchant portal this error come up:

During the initial setup I managed to get the plugin to connect & the widget to install (did NOT work in Sandbox mode BTW). However gateway integration at Merchant Center continues to tell me “gateway integration failed”.
I have been using Stripe as my payment processing system for 2yrs. Just added Quadpay for the “payment splitting feature”. Hopefully these aren’t conflicting.
Woocommerce: 4.8.0
Wordress/PHP: latest Versions.
Quadpay Version: Version 1.3.9
Woocommerce Version: Version 4.6.0
TestMode: Sandbox
We’ve already asked sandbox credentials to [email protected]
Website: https://test.authenticexperts.com/
Reproduction:
Go to woocommerce > settings > payment > quadpay > manage > enabled quadpay and set testmode to sandbox mode. Filled in credentials and then save.
When I go to checkout this is the only thing I see:
No Quadpay Button
You can test it on our website yourselves. I enabled it on:
Quadpay Settings
Additional Note: Quadpay button works on my local machine, but it doesn’t on our remote server.
]]>Hello,
I inherited a project built by some company, and I think they might have added some changes directly to the plugin code. To verify that, I would need to get a clean copy of this plugin in version 1.3.4. and do comparasion.
Is there a way that I could get a copy of this plugin with version number 1.3.4?
Thanks,
Ivan
After installing Quadpay on our website, it worked for one day. Today, when a customer tried to checkout, they received the following message:
Sorry, there was a problem preparing your payment. Please try again.
We tried to run a test purchase and received the same message. In the past 2 hours, two more customers received the same message and ended up abandoning their orders.
This is alarming, please help ASAP!
Everything is setup correctly, we are live and everything was working yesterday. Not updates, new plugins or anything else was introduced between yesterday and today.
Thank you
]]>I have 3 lines of quadpay, if I remove any of the other lines via css, I remove all three lines at the same time. If i enter display none in the css stylesheet, it will remove everything quadpay and it defeats the purpose of having the plugin activated.
I am running on wordpress 5.5, i noticed that you guys haven’t updated the plugin since 5.4.2. Could this be the reason for the multiple lines…
Thanks, looking forward in hearing from you guys.
