I would really like to know if this great plugin has been abandoned! I use it on several sites, so if it is it will cause trouble for me.

It appears that the pro version of this plugin is no longer working even on the pro version. I have entered my registered information and it verifies, but will not activate. Been some years since this plugin was updated, can anyone confirm this company is no longer in business? or support of this software is no longer valid?

I am using Divi, and the QuadMenu plugin is being sincerely awesome!

I have just some problems. The configurations regarding colors, etc, are not being accepted. Even if change colors through the plugin, for example, for menus, texts, hover, etc, it’s not accepted. Everything remains as it was when I installed the plugin.

Any ideas, please? ??

I have opened tickets with support, the latest being #60110, and they refuse to address the quick fix.

Specifically I’ve noticed (thus far) with the login fields. They need a label element on them.

How can this be added?

My issue is specifically with the login in the menu. The inputs need to have an id=”” tag added to them.

Hello, it says that it has been updated 1 week ago …. although it is still in the same version as months ago. The columns do not work since version 4.82, I sent a ticket on the website, but they do not give the solution or fix it. Please can you see that the columns do not work from version 4.82 of Divi, fix it please.

So I have noticed this plugin has been removed from the WordPress plugin database, but should I be worried about leaving this plugin on my website?

This plugin caused someone to hack 3 of my websites, but I don’t really want to leave the plugin installed if its a potential risk for further attacks?

Please let me know if I should look for another plugin or if its safe to keep this one in place?

I have this plugin installed on two different sites and both have been hacked in the same way. The only constant between the two is that their domains are registerd via Godaddy and they were both using Divi Quad menu. Coincidence? Make sure you update asap!

Since I updated Divi to 3.90 the columns in the menu do not work.

What settings can be applied to click outside the Mobile Menu to close the Mobile Menu, instead of using the Close Button to close the Mobile Menu?

Using Divi Theme Builder to show specific menu on specific page and the Mobile Menu doesn’t work. Using standard Divi Menu Module. What do I need to do? I am using the Quad Menu Plugin, so do I need to get the Quad Menu Module here instead? Purchase the premium plugin? Your help is appreciated.

There are no JS console errors on this page, and the menu has a class of “js” as described in the other topics. This issue only affects Safari.

I am using this great plugin on my divi site, but some divi defaults have changed and I cannot find how to set the option for it in the QuadMenu options. These are the following:

– Active Page Link color is lost, where can I set this?
– Menu item hover color smooth fade-in transition is lost that Divi has
– And the cart dropdown is not wide enough, the item names are covered by the ‘X’ removal button. Where can I adjust the width of the cart menu?

What is the way to adjust the above options?

Our current dev site ( can produce link on request ) the quadmenu on page load, loads above the website logo, and then slides to the right after a second ( about 157px ). Is this something that anyone else has dealt with before? If so how do I fix this?

I really like the Plug In. Unfortunately, the Menu sometimes does not show up. All the elements “are there” (you can click on it) but nothing is visible. You have to scroll, wait some time and then the Menu is visible again.

I deactivated Autopimize but the bug still happens. Any ideas how to solve this in near future?

Hi there! I need help adjusting the spacing between my mega menu items. There is about half an inch of white space between each item, and I need something a little more compact. I’ve been fiddling with the CSS code, but I am very much a beginner and can’t make anything work for me.

Also, is there a way to make the custom “Text” column headers into links but still display styled as headers?

The link “Install QuadMenu” appears on plugin page, settings > General, Theme Options and I suppose in other locations. WHY? I have clicked the link and this link still appears PLUS – where is the so called QuadMenu? I am happy to purchase the pro version but I suspect nothing will change
