Although I spotted a ‘squashing of footer columns’ and the ‘squashing of portfolio item images’ a few days ago, I’ve just corrected the issues on the Biotellus Child theme pages by deactivating the 1.6.4 plugin.
By ‘squashing’, I mean that the width of the images in the portfolio list gallery and the footer columns has been at halved. I went through all of the widget settings without much joy comparing a good page and bad pages however no difference or change corrected the issue.
Onlt the deactivation of the widget allowed the site to return to normal.

I have successfully added a theme. But cant make changes in Options. All I see is the Qode interactive logo, a search bar, and then save changes. Everything below is blank.

]]>After a long search I found out that Qode Essential Addons is causing massive TTFB delays (60 seconds).
From the error Warning message above?Network is unreachablei t looks like the plugin is taking too much time to access network hence making your website to slow down because it’s waiting too long for the request that it’s not coming through.
I’ve now disabled the plugin, but obviously this broke our website. I hope you can fix this soon ??

The plugin cause my entire site to freeze at activation. I can’t access any admin panel options and have to disable the plugin from the backend on the server to get the site working again. I am on the latest version of WP and testing with Qi Blocks and the free Qi template. Since this is a test site, most plugins are off. Disabling other plugins has no effect, only Qi Essential Add-Ons freezes the site. I was considering switching to your new blocks theme but after this is seems like there are too many plugins and moving parts.
]]>After updating the Qode Essential Addon plugin my site has become incredibly slow and wordpress is impossible to use. If I deactivate the plugin the site goes back to normal speed. The site takes upwards of 30 seconds to load. Even after rolling back the update the site still take forever to load when activated.

I’m experiencing issues with the Events Calendar date picker and the “previous/today/next” buttons at the bottom of the page.
Seems like there is a conflict between the theme and the plugin.
When choosing a date on Google Chrome, it seems to return a JQuery error in the console and nothing happens, the date does not get changed. The same when trying to press on the “Next” button to navigate through the pages.
I am running Open Lite Speed server and I have set up the cache as indicated on the plugin website to exclude the relevant cache related to the plugin.
I have also fully deactivated the cache plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be related to a cache problem but it is a compatibility issue between the plugin and the theme.
Any idea what can cause the issue and how to fix it?

]]>I have just successfully installed the Qi theme on one domain, https://artchive.io.
Now I would like to build a new site at https://scale.la and I can install the Qode Essential Addons and Qi Addons for Elementor, but there is no option for “import” on the second domain from the Qode Essential Addons menu.
I’ve deleted the theme and all plugins and started from scratch, and reinstalled everything using the WP dashboard tools. Tried again using SFTP.
The problem still persists and is beyond frustrating.
