Hi,
I’m using the “Product list” block to display products but when the “add to cart” button is clicked, it displays “undefined” rather than the name of the product and that it has been added to cart. The same thing happens with the add to cart pop up message, it shows “undefined” rather than the product name.
I’m using WooCommerce and the Martfury theme.
]]>Hi there, I am using your blocks for the first time and so far so good. However I’m using the pricing block and the enable button option that is shown in your docs isn’t appearing in the block settings. Thanks
]]>I used the timeline from the QI Blocks plugin and put it on my homepage. However, the live version is different and shows all events at once. In the backend, I have entered in the settings that only three events should be shown at the same time and the rest can be seen via the arrows as a slider.
Can everyone help me to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance

I’m getting this error on page load:

Could it be related to this?

Hi,
I can’t put the timeline column to be different in mobile and desktop mode. So either I make it 2/3 columns, looks great on desktop but for some reason the next arrow is not clickable on mobile, or I make it 1 column which look like a normal slider.

When slides open in the lightbox, the count is always 3x as many slides than there really are. For example, a slider with 8 slides shows 24 slides when lightbox is opened.
Also, is there a way to keep the title or caption visible without hovering? The hover creates a huge white space to show the caption.
]]>When any block is used in template, the css styles for that block on the front page are not loaded. This applies probably to every block. If the block is used as a regular block on a page or post , there is no problem.
WordPress: 6.2
Theme: Twenty Twenty-Three
Qi Blocks: 1.1.1
Never got an answer, i submitted a ticket 6 days ago asking if i could use my theme’s typography settings with QI blocks. I found my answer and abandoned using this plugin. I would like a refund please.
PS: I submitted 2 tickets and never got a single reply, not even confirmation that my message reached you.
There is some issue with the ACF Pro Plugin. If I create a new Block Template with ACF Pro, some of the output will fire multiple times.
For example:
If I’m using an add_action hook, this hook fires 25 times.
This occures only if Qui Blocks plugin is activated, too.
Could you have a look at this?
Thanks,
Leni
Hi,
When using the Masonry Image Gallery block all images get squashed and stretched and are forced into square shape. This happens on clean WordPress installation with only Qi Blocks plugin installed, both in full-site editor and on the front-end. Also, when adding images in the Content tab all images are required to be added individually, which is a bit odd given potentially large amount of them. On the side note Pinterest-style gallery is working as expected.
Any thoughts?
Best
]]>This is not realy a big deal. I can live with it.
But i think its worth mentioning.
Sometimes I click on save page and then when i go check the page some elements render weird. (cause css is not saved right)
Then i have to save the page again; and then its good.
]]>Can i use your blocks in custom areas (footer etc)?
The css only load correctly if that element is also on that page.
Lets say I use a button in the footer. This will only work if there is a button also on that page.
]]>Is there a way to remove the dot or period (“.”) that automatically appears after the date in the Timeline Showcase block, horizontal version? There are tons of options for style and typography, but I haven’t found a way to remove the dot. I don’t want the dot.
I’ve searched for pseudo-elements in the style sheet but the dot seems hardcoded into the plugin.
I’ve checked the documentation and the knowledgebase.

]]>I’m testing Qi because it looks promising, yet multiple issues arose in the first minute of using.
I started with Blocksy theme enabled, multiple fields were blanked in yr plugin on-boarding. There was no notice of any required theme or incompatibility with Blocksy.
I disabled Blocksy theme, activated Twenty-Three theme, and the fields then appeared.
You have MULTIPLE links in your advertising dominated Welcome page going to 404’s.
I don’t know if it’s against WordPress rules, but it’s not only distasteful having your advertising dominate the *functional* interface for your plugin (www.remarpro.com is FREE utilities, it’s fine to advertise but very much against the spirit to make ads the PRIMARY part of your functional interface), it also works against your own aims – to make sales.
Put your features and utility first, to incentivise upgrades, not your advertising.
This is very much the wrong user-base/market to approach with ads first – doing so will likely get you a lot more 1 star reviews than intentionally constructive-criticism messages like this.
Having a plugin in the WP repo IS literally utility & function first, don’t fight against this principle in your interface.
I actually installed Qi because I’m interested in pro Gutenberg theme/block libraries – I actually WANT to support and pay for WP Gutenberg development, and to get Pro support.
Yet I’ll now be exploring other block and theme libraries before I revisit Qi.
I hope you take these points to heart, I would love to revisit when you’re offering is further matured.
Good luck.
]]>Hi,
Love your plugin ( and everything else you guys make )
But i had 1 question; can i center a button?
Ofcourse i could create a css class and get it done, but i was wondering if there was an button or switch i overlooked.
