My question is about the feature to show (or not) the private albums of Google Photo. I installed the plugin and configured the OAuth 2 successfully. In the settings, there is a parameter called “Public Albums Only”. If I say “True”, I see no albums. If I say “False”, I see all my albums. This means that probably all my albums are private (makes sense…). But is the concept of “public” album still existing in Google photo to be able to have a subset of albums shown in PWA+PHP ? The info I got speaks about sharing a link (but in that case, the album remains private and only people having the unique link can see it), or explains how to render an album “public” by publishing a post to Google+. But after these two operations, the album is still not considered as “public” from the PWA+PHP plugin point of view…
What operations should be done on the current version of Google Photo so that an album becomes “public” from the PWA+PHP point of view ?

I have successfully install and authenticate with picasa.

So… I have successfully gotten PWA+PHP to show my public Picasa albums.
Thank you all. It is a very nice look-n-feel.
Now, to be a little more particular: I have created two shortcodes… calling up two albums from two separate years. That all works.
One shortcode produces four albums.
The other shortcode produces eight albums.
Do I have any way of controlling the order/sequence in which the albums appear within the each filter? I’m not seeing any settings that would allow. But, could you all write “a little code”, so I could embed a tag on the name of the album, to dictate the sort-sequence?

Does this plugin pass videos within an album to lightbox? I am trying to figure out if videos not playing is an issue with PWA-PHP or the lightbox. I have only found 2 lightbox plugins that work with PHA-PHP and neither work with videos. They just skip it like its not even there. I have tried lightbox2 and lightbox plus colorbox. Those are the only two that work at all with PWA-PHP. The lightbox themselves support video especially the 2nd one I tried.
Any ideas? This is my last issue to figure out for out site.

Since the pro version is not avalable anymore, does anyone know how to add a kind of slideshow mode for this plugin for the final view of an image?

I’ve just installed this plugin and when trying to complete Step 1 of the setup, to authenticate with Google, I am receiving this error:
The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows:
The site “https://co.uk” has not been registered.
Google reports that this authentication method has been deprecated.
Is there a way around this problem? I don’t particularly need access to private albums, so this step is probably not required, but the plugin demands it…
Any help would be appreciated.

After going to another page, all links to previous pages or albums are broken, e.g. look like [website-url]/photos/?pg=3?pg=4?pg=2

I have one simple problem, when i get my albuns from picasa this plugin get my “profile photos album”, i dont have any photo inside, and i dont want to show this album, i already saw some codes but nothing happens, i read only in Pro Version we can take this off.
Someone know’s or can help me with this? Because i already see 30 galeries to work with picasa and this is perfect

I’ve been using this plugin quite happily for a while now. However, today my site started showing an unwanted album titled “Auto Backup”.
I worked out this was Google+ ‘helpfully’ backing up some images (it seems you can no longer create new Picasa web album accounts without having G+). I disabled the so-called Auto Awesome feature in G+ which was causing it, turned off Auto-Backup in my G+ app, and deleted the images.
However, PWA+PHP is still showing this empty Auto Backup folder. I can’t, for the life of me, work out how to remove it. It seems that once something’s been backed up, even if the contents are deleted, the folder remains.
Can anyone help? Is there a way to hide it in PWA+PHP?

first problem. i have no thumbnails on the first side! if i click on an album then i can see it. is it not possible on the first side?
second problem. click on a picture, there are to buttons (left and right) i alwas see first the small picture, after click on the right button, the viewer shows me the same picture but in double size. next click on the right it follows the next picture!

I really would love to buy the pro version through Plugpress. However Plugpress doesn’t load the PWA+PHP Pro order page. It will load any page that links to free plugins. But it won’t serve pages with payed plugins.
I know that this actually isn’t an issue with PWA+PHP itself, but it would be nice to be able to go pro.

I would like to make the widget of PWA+PHP dynamic and tried different plugins like Widget Logic, Restrict Widget and Dynamic Widget. Unfortunately, none of them is working.
I found following comment in the internet: “For the widgets which are using the deprecated method of registering to WordPress, this needs to be fixed by the author of the widget.”
Can you fix the problem?

I’m using plugin ver. 0.9.6 with WP 3.4.1. I hope you’ll fix this small bug on the next release as well as paid version as I’m interested to addon features once I’m sure the bug is fixed.

renders nothing. I can get the entire album by leaving the tag parameter out, and the tag “day-1” does exist on many pictures of that album.
I have PWA+PHP pro v0.9.7 on WordPress 3.4.1.
