I don’t see statistics for campaigning, the status is done and the clicks are always 0

When I publish a post, and I don’t want to send out a push notification, I select the checkbox Disabled push notification on current post? Then I click PUBLISH. The push notification is still sent out. This should not be happening.

I have another plugin that also hides a post from the website (but can still be accessed via the direct url) and I have been using this to unlist posts from the website when they are no longer needed. Unfortunately, when I decide to unlist a post, I need to SAVE the post, and this sends out a push notification which I am unable to disable.

I want to use this plugin but I’m afraid that this plugin is not Multilingual ready yet. Is there a plan to add Polylang Compatibility?

I am intending to buy premium for this one, as I am seeing this is the only plugin that works. Need your help with below. Manual notification works fine. However there are few issues and this plugin will become flawless for many users like me i guess.

1. Woocommerce order change notification doesn’t reach its user or admin.:
   I am using PWA for WP & AMP which supports Pushnotifications.io, the problem is only if the user logs in before subscribing, the notification can be sent to user or admin but, if the device is already subscribed then in that case notifications is not sent to user on woocommerce order change.
2. Allow subscription pop up to be displayed if the user is not subscribed within days:
   Minimum time when pop up can be displayed to customer is days and not secs or mins this leads to loss in subscription and if the user logs in you lose the subscription after deny this is also leading to problem 1.
3. Show notifications to users wherever they are logged in:
   Ask for permission if the user has not already granted and register or deregister as per the login and logout. Depending on the permissions available to show users their order notifications.
4. No option to delete the subscription or manage the subscription of the user on pushnotifications.io or admin panel.
5. If we can register the device details in woocommerce order page and send push notifications from the order page it will help alot.
6. Currently the huge problem in the market is tagging of user woocommerce account and their device for push notification this is leading to customer complaints on not receiving update on orders.

*joining hands* i need help with these issues i am currently struggling since ages almost like 9 months I am not a coder unable to solve for this. Would need your help with this and yes your plugin is awesome.

I have everything set up and paid for a subscription but when i create a new post in wordpress they are not sending notifiction. The status just sits as pending.

OK, everything was working great, but after the last update, I noticed that not all notifications were sent, and when I tried to send some posts manually via the notification tab, I got the message No Active subscriber found
I have over 30 Active Subscribers: when I chek Dashboard

the site works reliably and all plugins are the same from the beginning, I don’t know what to do and I need help

Although the platform indicates that the notifications were delivered, they do not reach their destination.

We configured the plugin correctly on the website and registered two devices, a mobile phone and a desktop browser. The notifications appear in the campaign list as sent and received on both devices, but they never reached the devices…

Furthermore, the desktop browser, even after having subscribed and confirmed permission to send notifications, was not shown as an active device on the platform on the first attempt. We had to delete data twice and insist on registering until it appeared among the devices.

In the specific case of the mobile device, only the first notification generated a change on the device: a notification that “the website has been changed in the background”…

In short: the plugin does not work as intended. ??

Hi, This is good but what if we change design, means we show notification box for user to accept or not. Can we change that style?

And please tell me how many subscriber’s are allowed on free?

I’ve installed Push Notification v. 1.33 as an add-on to SuperPWA plugin, registered and verified API key, enabled notification in browsers on all my devices, sent notifications. Now I see in Campaigns tab the status of my campaigns “Done”, subscribers – 1, Success: 1, Failed: 0. But when I open browser or PWA app on my devises I don’t see any push notifications.

What can be the reason?

I’ve setup a PWA using super PWA and added the push notifications add on. All seems to be working smoothly – I enable push notifications on my device (iPhone 13) and I see the subscriber count go to 1 in wp admin. However, when I send a notification I get ‘Audience Not Found’. What am I doing wrong? I’ve followed all the steps to add the API token etc.

Hello, the option “popup_show_afternseconds” is not working.

It only notifies when you create a page, posts but when I customize it it does not notify.

The “Enable Notifications” popup does not appear with Cloudflare in the mix. I use the Super Page Cache for Cloudflare plugin with Cloudflare. If I switch off Cloudflare caching the popup appears. If I enable it again it doesn’t. Clearing caching does not help.

Hello, I have the same problem, that one user had about a year ago. I followed the instructions and when I paste the key and try to validate it, I just keeps runnig and does not come to an end.

At the console there is following massage shown:

Uncaught TypeError: response is null

Can anyone help me on that?

Hi, I see 2 errors :

1. Apostrophes in push notifications are being prefixed with a slash :
   example : “Yes it’s Friday !” is received as “Yes it\’s Friday !”
2. There is a spelling mistake in the admin : “Campaings” should be “Campaigns”

Hi, first of all thanks for this awesome plugin. I’d never thought I would see the day to easily create iOS notifications from a webapp! I have iOS notifications working well from SuperPWA. I noticed I had to be a premium member to get iOS working (free version of push notifications was not working for iOS push)

Only problem with iOS: a little “1” badge app icon appears on the webapp – usually on most apps it goes away when you acknowledge the notification but here it stays. Is that a known issue?

But I cannot get any notification on desktop chrome or edge Win10. I’m not sure why – everything goes well where it asks for enable notifications OK and then even chrome or edge brings up popup to allow notifications but nothing happens. Could it be firewall blocking something?

Also a feature request – if you can allow us to choose which users receive the notification or if it is possible in the future to segment into user groups so I can send for example the notification to only these 20 people and another notification to other 10 people in a easy to choose group. Also cool would be if you can repeat the “campaign”

you can pop up a bell icon to disable notifications and unsubscribe.
In the control panel, on the other hand, deleting registered users only adds them even by deleting notifications

I,ve read on the Internet that push notificatons for IOS are only available sometime in 2023.

This is a shame because push notifications are the most Important Part of an app.

What is the solution to this?

Notification does not work with official AMP Plugin. the opt-in pop look complete different and try to redirect to a amp subpage.

It does not prompt users to sign up for notifications.

API key has been verified. Cleared cache on all devices

When I tried this plugin on the multisite, It works on the primary site after trying multiple settings (including PWA for WP). But no response on the additional sites.
