Hey,
I am interested in your plugin but have some doubts. My questions may look naive but I want to make the right choice and understand why it’s the right one. Please advise:

1. It states that your plugin supports product variables, but does it support these cases:
   1.1 My parent products do not have SKUs, only variations themselves. Will your plugin use the variation SKUs (for MPN) or there will be an issue? E.g. the official WooCommerce plugin (“Google Listings and Ads”) does not deal with this, it supports parent/general SKU only.
   1.2 Also, the official plugin does not take the “Brand” global attribute for variations. What about your plugin?
   1.3. Finally, the official plugin shows the same title for every variation (creating separate products for them in Google). This creates a lot of products with different pricing & attributes but with the same titles – not good. I believe some of the attributes (e.g. colour) should be added to the product title in Google (not on the website itself), but can your plugin do this? Or does it offer a better solution?
2. Regarding the plugin feature which fixes the Woocommerce structured data bug – is this still actual with the new version of WooCommerce? Can your solution affect other plugins which work with the data and/or the design of the website?
3. Is your plugin fully compatible with the Divi theme and LiteSpeed Cache plugin?
   4.2 Will I be able to display the EAN or MPN data (from the fields created by your plugin) by Divi on a product page? At the moment I display the product SKU on a product page (with products MPNs in the SKU field).
4. Your plugin will add several product input fields: Brand, GTIN, UPC, MPN, EAN, etc. But what if I already have the “Brand” attribute (created as a global one) – What will happen then, and how should I act in order to avoid any issues with already created products?
   Will I need to copy the value from the “Brand” attribute created by me to the “Brand” field created by your pluging for all my products?
   I currently display the “Brand” attribute data in the product details tab (on a product page) – will I be able to proceed to do this?

4.2 If there is no way but using the field created by your plugin, what will happen if I deactivate the plugin one day in future?

5. Does your plugin sync products with Google Merchant Center automatically (like the official plugin does) or I’ll need to manually create & upload to Google a file after any price update?
6. Anything else I should know before switching from the “Google Listings and Ads” plugin to your plugin? For e.g. should I just deactivate the official plugin and activate yours or I need to do anything extra? Maybe some cleanup (in my admin panel or Google Centre)?
7. Why I should decide to go with your plugin? After all, there are many other options, why yours is better? Please advise.

Hello, not sure if anyone else has had this same problem, but when a sale occurs on Amazon, it returns it the sale correctly to WooCommerce but with name and address fields are blank for both Billing and Shipping info.

Under Orders in WooComerce, it says…

#815 Byuer first name not available Buyer last name not available….

It seems this data is not being mapped correctly. Any ideas?

The version was not updated in cart-product-feed.php for the last update. So even when I update the plugin I continue to get an update notice.

I’m testing your plugin in free mode and I’m getting 2 issues so far when trying to create a feed (my Amazon account is already setup in ExportFeed and all my plugins and wordpress are up-to-date)

1- When clicking on “Woocommerce category” nothing happens so I can’t select any categories and can’t save the feed as I get an error message telling me to select a category (I do have categories setup in my woocommerce website)

2- When trying to select an Amazon category it says I need the premium license to select a category (even though on your website it says there is no restrictions other than max 100 products) so I unfortunately can’t test this feature. I would be willing to enter it manually though but what guideline should we follow to enter it the correct way?

Finally I would like to confirm if the orders that are imported from Amazon show up in the regular (Woocommerce > Orders) tab or if they are only imported in your tab (under Amazon Feed > Amazon Orders)?

Since the last update, my number of products has dropped from 158 down to 32.
I’m not aware of any other changes that I’ve done that would cause this.
Where can I go to investigate this?

Like others I am always getting the error “No Product Found with your feed configuration. Please configure the feed properly.”

I have changed the value from 200 to 100 and 50 but still the same. Tried every type of fix I can think of. Any ideas on what maybe causing this or how to fix?

I get this warning when trying to create an Amazon Seller feed. Both with normal and short which both are under 2000 words.

Hello, I am new with the plugin and when I try to generate Google shopping following the video explanation I get the error “No Product Found with your feed configuration. Please configure the feed properly.”. Any assistance appreciated.

Im using wp ecommerce and when I click to get feed it just gets frozen on generating feed. There are no pop ups that come up I have made sure to enable popups and I checked on different browsers. I have tried disabling and enabling the plugin and that still does not work.

in the free version the feed is limited to 10 products in a feed
or a total of 10 products of all feeds?

When i click on get feed, it just shows:

And the page does nothing. If I click over in a new tab, and go under manage feeds; there are none..

I am also wanting to send all transaction (buy buttons) on the website to the amazon product page for checkout on amazon. Is that feature possible with you plugin? Will the website and amazon products stay synced if there is an edit on either platform.

Hi folks — I’m using 3.1.6.3, and I noticed that my feeds were not being updated automatically. Taking a look at my PHP error log, I found a zillion lines like the following:

Not sure what’s up, but clearly there’s a problem in the plugin.

I’ve done a manual feed update, and it seems to generate my feeds correctly. I’m a bit suspicious now that feeds won’t be automatically updated. Can someone figure out what’s throwing the above PHP error?

I installed this plugin which is excellent, but it did not render properly with IE11, I had to use FireFox to create and edit the feeds.

how can i use it on a multisite
i want to export woocommerce feeds from my sub sites to the main site

When WordPress is installed in a sub directory and the wp-content directory is symlinked, the plugin fails to load the wp-admin/includes/plugin.php inside cart-product-feed.php.

To solve this, replace this line:

require_once dirname(__FILE__) . '/../../../wp-admin/includes/plugin.php';

with this:

require_once ABSPATH . '/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php';

One should always use ABSPATH and similar constants when available.
