This plugin works on WP4.1?
If not, you know a similar plugin?
Thanks ??
]]>Hi, I uninstalled Punchtab the other day, but it’s still showing up on my home page. I can’t seem to find where it would be running still in my files so any help would be great so I can disable it.
Thanks,
Dustin
]]>Hello,
is there a way go reward a user for uploading some document into my website?
Or even better, is there a way to reward a user if his uploaded document has been downloaded more than X times? (e.g. I get 100 points if my uploaded document was downloaded by 20 different other users).
It would be awesome if that could be possible.
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
I guess that not the best place to ask that, but I can’t find another way to contact you.
I have a membership site and I want to setup a rewards system as well. I’m covered with the comments, social media shares and likes, but I also have a feature that allows members to send free eCards.
I would like to be able to also track that activity and give them rewards everytime they send one.
Is there a way to do that using your plugin? The plugin I’m using is called ‘WordPress eCards’.
Also, will your plugin work with my membership plugin? The plugin I’m using is ‘WP eMember’.
Thanks in advance for the help,
Kat
I’m really not digging the branding that has nothing to do with my site or content. Added I’m not trying to convert my users or members into webmasters. As the for the concept, I saw this on Samsung.com and it’s sweet. However this version here for WP is very limited and does not give the site owner any kind of control or access to suit the site. My final thoughts is the product feels kinda of spammy like those freebie tool bars for web browsers.
]]>Hello out there,
first of all this plugin is great!
I would like to know the following before deciding:
1) no way to eliminate punchtab firms? (powered..)
2) paying, I have total control of the plugin? (language, text)
3) I can customize the badges?
4) do not want the activities of punchtab on my site, I care only for my site
thanks!
]]>After updating to the latest Punch Tab the “Reward Ribbon Position Settings” are not working correctly. Even though I have set it to position at the bottom right corner of the website, it is only showing on the left. The “Right” selection is not working.
]]>Hi
I’ve just been playing around with the plugin and it looks reasonably good.
Just a couple of questions.
It looks like people only get rewarded for one comment or one tweet or one share etc each day. Am I right to assume this so people can only tweet one article a day or comment on one story a day and get rewarded.
The other main share I need to be rewarded is linkedIn as this network currently is more important share for me than google plus one. Is the linkedIn share button going to be integrated to your plugin soon?
thanks
Kevin
We have a multi-site setup as sub-directories. I am looking for a program that generates points for activity throughout the network, for example users get points for posting on their own sites as well as points for commenting on other blogs and sharing.
How is punchtab designed to work within a multi-site?
]]>Although it is a wp plugin, it still requires FB. Would have been nice to allow users with site’s wp login or other types instead of just FB. Twitter? Google+?
Anyone know of similar reward program that doesn’t lock you into FB only??
]]>FB recently changed their contest rules, disallowing different things, please read here for details: https://www.allfacebook.com/huge-facebook-reins-in-contest-guidelines-2011-05
i.e.
The contest guidelines also state that you cannot make entrance into a contest conditional upon a user:
liking a wall post
posting a comment, or
uploading a photo.
– who is behind it? can’t find anything on their website
– what do you get out of it, since the service is offered for free?
– will you use and analyze the data my “campains bring in?
