Hi!

Great plugin. I am having some problem with my website. I have a debug version and the PHP version there is 5.3 and there everything works perfectly. When I pushed to the main site which is version 7.2, it is not sending an email ??

Can you advice if there is problem with plugin with that version?

I allowed anonymous post. With this condition author email stored in custom fields but its send approval email to admin(Registered User). custom field name is “wp_author_email”. Please help me to fix it.

Was just testing the plugin and it worked except for one thing.

I added template tags in the subject field like

[site_name] Post Published: [published_post_title]

It seems these tags only work in Email Body.

It would be nice to have them work in subject field as well. This will allow site admins to send better notifications. Otherwise all emails to the author about all their new posts will have the same subject line.

Hi,

I recently purchased the Pro version because emails were being sent whenever I updated a post. Last night, I changed the category for a few posts, and the authors of those posts were sent notifications. Is there any way to turn this function off because authors are getting angry.

I am following a friend’s blog on WP. With all other blog systems I can have email sent to me when my friend adds an entry to his blog. I can’t work out how to do this on his blog…

When I save settings and my email body has cyrillic symbols, after refresh al settings are clear. And email come also without subject and messadge

Hello, firstly thank you for this plugin I was pretty sure I would NOT find what I needed but, here it is..

I use Gravity Forms for users to submit a photo which turns in to a post, for Photo Contests.. I have to moderate them manually and sending an email to the user once I publish the photo, is extremely helpful.

My question is though, I trued using </br> in the body so I can slightly format the email, but the email comes through as one combined bit of text.

I was hoping someone could advise me on a temporary fix maybe?

I just installed your plugin. It works great except that it will send an email to the author even if the post has been updated. Can this be turned off?

I run free directory. “Directory Portal WordPress Theme”

New member signup and he receives a password. After that he can post a listing. So far, so good…

I (admin) would like to be informed when new page/listing is created by user/member and posted.

That’s all.

Does you plugin can do that?

Hi, there is a length lock? Because I had to cut my original email. From a certain length, the plugin saves nothing more. All fields are then always empty.

Sorry, but I need my template without a length limit.

I keep changing the language in the template and saving the changes, but the changes don’t stay. It always reverts to the default template. I don’t notice this right when I save, as it appears to have saved just fine. I have to leave the plugin settings and return to them to find out that it has reverted to the default.

Can you fix this ASAP?

Hi – how do I exclude certain users from receiving notifications when their posts are published? For example, I’d want to exclude administrators who don’t need an email every time. Is this feature available in the pro version?
