Great, simple plugin but as soon as we activate it (we’re using the The Fox – Modern Magazine WordPress Theme), the dropcap at the start of our posts goes away. We can confirm that the div class for the dropcap is still there, but after going into DevTools, the CSS is nowhere to be found. I imagine that this hiccup has to do with the fact that the CSS for the dropcap is the first thing in the content. Tried a few things, like checking off and on the field at the top, but the only thing that brings the dropcap back is disabling the plugin. Here’s a before and after.

I am having an issue with plugin [pryc-wp-add-custom-content-to-bottom-of-post]. When I type in the content in the text box and try to save changes, the content disappears from the box and also does not apply.
I have checked the error log file and I can see the following error
[PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘pryc_wp_add_custom_content_to_bottom_of_post_section1_text_field_1]

WordPress version – 5.53
Php Version – 7.3.23

Any idea why this is happening?

This plugin works great for what I need. One feature request would be to show a checkbox option, in the editor, to ‘exclude’ a post or page from showing the custom content.

I am having an issue where your plugin does not work with SiteOrigin page builder, although it does work on the pages where I am not actually building with SiteOrigin. ie just using native wordpress (and with the Classic Editor plugin.)

Do you have any suggestions or workarounds I can try?

I’m using this plugin to insert a subscription form into the top of posts, but when the posts are shared on Facebook, the text from this custom content appears as the description rather than taking an excerpt from the main article text. It’s not really practicable to change the descriptions manually for each post so I’m hoping there’s a way, perhaps some code I could use, to sort of tell Facebook, Twitter, Google etc to ignore the custom content at the top of the post and take an excerpt from the main article text?

I really LOVE your plugin and it does exactly what I want it to do, but I have another plugin (Q&A by Designwall) and it creates the individual posts from each question without actually creating a post. As in, there is no physical “post” created with a question on it.

Because of this, I am unable to hide the top and bottom additions on posts made by this plugin. I have tried multiple things including css that targes the post-slug.

Is there anyway for me to include the page-slug as an exclusion for the content output of this plugin? Thanks in advance!
