Why has support stopped for this plugin?
]]>users cannot view auction bids from dashboard. when auction bids button is clicked it directs to https://justpanhead.com/wp-admin/index.php?updated=1
my site is: https://www.justpanhead.com
can anyone help?
]]>Not getting anywhere with this.
Clean install, error on page.
]]>Not sure what’s going on here, but when I go to my “auctions” page, I don’t get a list of my auctions. Right now I have two tests. I’m just testing the functionality of the plugin right now, since this is the only one that lets me have actual pages for auction post types instead of just a widget.

Any suggestions? Am I missing something?

Great plugin! How can i make the auction posts show on my homepage alongside regular post content?
Also, taxonomy archive does not show. I get “content not found” error even though I attach posts to it.
]]>I use my page.php theme file for other design purposes, so it will not work the auctions. Prosspress does not allow me to choose a page template when creating an auction, as when you create a new page and you have the page template choices on the side.

https://prospress.org/forums/topic/auction-display-page-broke-on-wordpress-33-update#post-693
Change code line 33&34 /pp-post/php-index-auctions.php with:
<?php if ( $pp_loop->have_posts() ) : while ( $pp_loop->have_posts() ) : $pp_loop->the_post(); ?>
]]>I have tried to get his to work for over two years.
But it never has. Its still very buggy and subject to falling over on WordPress upgrades.
The support is slow and never really cures the issues.
I would love it to work – but have finally given up the ghost – though wish the author the best on what is a great idea. I gonna get a PHP Auction clone which works as a standalone.

]]>on WordPress 3.3 this plugin throws the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function the_winning_bid_value() on a non-object in /auctions/wp-content/plugins/prospress/pp-bids/pp-bids-templatetags.php on line 30
on any page which attempts to display the current price of auction items.
The bug has been reported to the author: https://prospress.org/forums/topic/auction-display-page-broke-on-wordpress-33-update
]]>I’ve been seaching the plugin files for a few minutes, but can’t seem to find where I’d go to change all of the admin panel labels that involve the word “Auction” so that they display the word “Items” instead. I even opened up the language file in Poedit, and changed a couple of instances, but that didn’t seem to do it.
]]>I am using Prospress and having no problems so far except for the sidebar alignment which is under my post.
I have read the instruction to move the Prospress index sidebar code and that didnt work.
Any clues please, in simple terms, how to get my sidebar UP on the side?

]]>Hi, thank you for that great plugin! I have one problem (with the latest version): When I register a new user (with role Subscriber), make a bid at one auction and then go to the menu “Auction Bids”, the browser gives me an error message: “Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://xyz.abc/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=auctions&updated=1″. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.”
Any idea what could be the cause? thanks!
When I make a new taxonomy sub category from the post, I get this when I click to go to it.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function term_descriptionerm_description() in /home/*****/public_html/wp-content/plugins/prospress/pp-posts/pp-taxonomy-auctions.php on line 19
]]>As you can read here: https://prospress.org/forums/topic/cannot-add-items-into-new-taxonomy#post-390
There is a problem with prospress 1.0.2 and wordpres 3.1: I can create an Auction Taxonomy called Artists, but when I click “artists” on Auctions menu I’ve get the message “Cheating, uh”, and I cannot add artists names.
With wordpress 3.0.5 work’s perfectly!
]]>I know that several of us have been asking for a while for the plugin author to add BIN functionality, but the promises that it’s in the works don’t seem to be panning out. Anyone interested in taking a crack at it? I really need the “many-to-many exchange” aspect of this plugin, but it does me no good if auctions are the only listing option.
Or, if anyone knows of another plugin that does the “many-to-many exchange” (each user enters a Paypal address into their profile, and all payments for the items they post go to their account, rather than having one primary Paypal address for the entire cart installation), I’d love to hear about it!
