Can’t praise this enough. Easy enough to use and get up and running. Customer service was excellent. Rosy saw where I was making mistakes and fixed them. Gave good advice as well. I would only wish for better email templates.

Live support helped me a lot in places where I was stuck. They work very patient and devotedly. The plugin should be a little cheaper ?? And it would be much better if the product works in the official “Automatically capture” section.

This plugin met my expectation in showing a social proof notification to website visitors. This may encourage them to join the website because other people have also joined. They gave you a 1000 free sessions and it is very nice for them to do so.

I shopped around and tried different Social Proof plugins, but I wasn’t satisfied with any of them…until I found Proof Factor. Proof Factor is very simple to install and the UI on their web app is even simpler. I personally love their design and how straight forward everything is. There are certain features that I would like but the product is still in the early stages. The customer service from their support team is very friendly and accommodating. I’m planning on increasing my conversions even more using this plugin.
