They have fast and accurate support. (+ the plugin works well overall.)
There are also things to look for at the earliest opportunity:
1- There are some bugs in the coding that we mentioned in the email support and wp forums and we hope to get an update for it soon. (Due to the sensitivity of the payment, these cases should be examined much more carefully)
2- It’s not cool to put the following notice on all admin pages! It’s better to display it only in your panel.

There are only 2 plugins, which are able to connect Woocommerce / WordPress webshop to Adyen platform. Pronamic’s solution is the only one with EXCELENT customer support! Really professional solution and great customer care!

Found a bug in the plugin in combination with Memberpress and reported it in the evening. It was fixed the next morning by Reüel from Pronamic and he even fixed our database with recurring payments. Great plugin in, and whenever something doesn’t work, just contact them and you will be helped in no time.

De melding: Pronamic Pay — Je hebt geen geldige support licentiesleutel ingevuld. Bestel je licentie op pronamic.eu of login om de licentie te controleren. is niet uit te zetten of te negeren.
Dit is los van erg irritant, ook een verplichte optie zo geworden. Daarmee is dit feitelijk trailwareplug-in geworden welke niet thuis hoort in de WordPress lijst.
Ik heb geen support bij deze plug-in nodig, hij werkt perfect. Dus waarom is er deze gedwongen koppelverkoop? Ik zelf zie het als Trailware.. en laat dat nu net niet zijn toegestaan bij WordPress !!!!

De update waarmee ook Restrict Content Pro abonnementen via Pronamic iDeal verwerkt kunnen worden was voor mij aanleiding om te switchen naar Pronamic iDeal. Er bleken nog wat kleine bugs in te zitten maar na contact met Support zijn deze opgepakt en door het supportteam perfect verwerkt. De plugin èn support verdienen dan ook wat mij betreft een dikke 5 sterren beoordeling!

Stichting Stoomgroep de Goffert gebruikt deze plugin voor het werven van donaties via de website. De plugin van Pronamic werkt uitstekend. Zeer snelle reactie en perfecte oplossing. Onze opdrachtgever kreeg een foutmelding op het member gedeelte na betaling via Mollie. Pronamic heeft deze bug opgelost en de aangepaste versie voor ons ge?nstalleerd. Deze aangepaste update is zeer binnenkort beschikbaar voor iedereen. Dat noem ik nou service:)
