I am interested in buying Projectopia, but wanted to make sure it is still maintained and supported as updates and all info seem to be old.

Also, any way I can display a project timeline to the client?

New user question: I created a project. Then I created a task. I see no way to associate the task with a project. Am I missing something?

I’ve been testing this plugin and I have a question regarding managing clients in different languages.

What I am doing:

• I have set site language (General > Settings > Site Language in WordPress backend) to English
• I have setup a few test clients in Projectopia
• I have set different default languages for each user in WordPress backend (Users > Edit > Language in WordPress backend)
• I have created (using Loco Translate + DeepL API) relevant translation files for the languages I have set up for the clients

What I was expecting:

• That when client logins (using siteurl/client-login), the dashboard and interface is shown in the language set in the user profile

What happens:

• Language used is instead the one selected in Site Language
• Only way to make Projectopia use a different language is to change the Site Language
• This prevents to set a different language per user

Is this by design or am I doing something wrong? In other words, can Projectopia use a different language per user honoring the language selection in user profile rather than the language set at site level?

The leads form disappears when i save!

It is completely blank. I can see it in the list of forms but when I enter, they don’t have any item inside, and if I see it in the front with the shortcode it also appears blank.

How many users can the free plugin cater for

I set up a test project and quote and logged in under the client and the contract, and quote pages do not show up. I get page not found. I searched the pages in WP and there is no type of page. Where do I find the page layout or short code to make one.

I’m soliciting you today because a registration form for a monthly newsletter from mailchimp “recognized thanks to the short code” is displayed on the menu of the client dashboard without having set one.

It should be noted that I do not have the MailChimp plugin installed and that even by changing my current theme, the registration form does not display.

Could you help me to solve this problem?

From what I see, now I can add a client but it require postal code, phone , email etc.

How can I add a client just for my evidence, without using an email?
How to disable postal code? or make it not required.

I have made some changes to an invoice template but I made them directly in the source file.

How can I save that template without losing my changes to future updates of the source plugin?

Is it possible to somehow move the childtheme and save my changes? some example?

– categories for tasks (+show them in dashboard widget)
– reminders for tasks with a free method like, firebase or whatsapp (or if you know a way to get notiications on mobile)

Hi! First, congratulations on the excellent plugin. I have some doubts.

1) Is it possible to translate the terms, at least on the frontend?
2) Is there any way to present graphics (pie, bars etc charts) of the projects also in the frontend, with some add-on? Is it possible using third-party plugins, perhaps using the built-In Client Dashboard Custom CSS?
3) Is there any way for the client to mark the task as complete?

It seems that it is not possible to upload multiple files inside a Task. How could I make it possible to attach several files?

The problem occurs in the admin side, in the ‘TASK FILES’ section and, at the client side, at the ‘MESSAGES’ section, where the client cannot upload more than one file.

Nice plugin.

Though, we find it strange that it doesn’t seem to be possible to clone milestone templates. It would be handy if you want to have some main templates with minor differencies to quickly add to different projects. Now you need to add everything again manually. Too time consuming, we think.

It’s neither possible to save a project’s milestones as a template.

Since we’re interested in using this plugin and get some of the addons as well, it would be great to have these features added.

1. Dose Projectopia have docs on hooks for developers to use?
2. Dose Projectopia have a rest api for developers to use?

I am testing your free extension for the moment and when I reach the test phase, I notice that the lead form does not register any information and does not send any welcome email or notification.
I have cleared my cache and deactivate the plugin then deactivate the others one by one and try again but without results.

I don’t see where this is coming from.

I would like to setup projectopia for my client, but I want to restrict their admin access. For example, can my client be given front end admin rights (add new projects, assign tasks, see reports etc), but not see the backend with wordpress admin + upgrade projectopia, etc?

I used the settings to change business name (which does change in the wp dashboard), but the projectopia name and WordPress logo still show on the projectopia dashboard.

I uploaded and activated the projectopia plugin but have now been locked out of my plugins. I can access themes etc but not plugins.

I am using your free version plugin. Here when I am going to create an account, the text is written in Forget Password but if I click on Forget Password button then the text is created Create account. I have given a video link myself, please let me know what it is. Having problems
