]]>I gave my client the access link to my site https://mywebsite.com/website/?access_token=123456789, but now the Surefeedback comments tool loads for me too. I don’t want it to load for me, because it’s blocking Elementor from loading, I get the error “cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds”. I still have other edits to make.
How can I force SF to only load for specific users? Thanks in advance.
]]>I paid for and downloaded the plugin about a month ago, but a support ticket that I created over 1 week ago [#97641]?is still being ignored.
Does this plugin not offer any support?
There are some dead links to FB and Twitter (X) on their website, so I’m thinking they clearly have some internal staff issues. And I understand that the plugin changed names (owners?) not too long ago, so perhaps the whole thing was abandoned?
I am using the author to comment on the actual live site as the project is nolonger in production anylonger. I deactivated security and caching plugins just to be sure but it keeps giving me the following error whenever i add a comment anywhere. Earlier it did not happen with text comments but only image comments and now it happens on bith. Basically renders this suite completely useless.
the rror message pops up atleast 2 to 3 times at once – see it below –

]]>Hello –
We are seeing the following JS Errors on a client site after a comment is left on the site:
https://i.imgur.com/BB0R76j.png
Seems to show on every project we have.
]]>Hello –
For some reason, this error is showing up on one of our client sites in the middle of a review:
page layout may be unexpected due to quirks mode
After disabling the client-side plugin, the message goes away, so it is directly related to this plugin.
Please look into this ASAP. Thanks.
Latest versions of the plugin and WordPress.
]]>Hi,
I’m working on the german locale (also the formal version). What I noticed, is that some strings can’t be translated:
1.) In the overlay that appears the first time Projecthuddle is presented to a user the explanation text below “Willkommen!” (I wonder where is this translated, as I didn’t touch it :-o),
2.) The “okay” button on the same modal
https://stefankremer.cloud/index.php/s/tDcbj9MMuslrj3J
3.) The button “+ Comment” in the toolbar

hey
It would be nice every user could deactivate the overlayed control-toolbar if it isn’t needed. To get better acces to the page for editing and for performance optimization.
best regards
]]>First client- first user- leaves comments no problem. I respond. He’s a subscriber- I’m the admin.
Other members of the client team- go to leave comments- blank.
Tested with our own team being added as a user- dummy account. Still fail.
What good is this if only one user’s comments are visible?
ProjectHuddle is now asking people to log in, even if they are already logged in as an Admin.
To reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Click to leave a comment
3. Leave a comment
4. Asked to log in again

Hello. When we remove someone from the WordPress users list, they still show up as a person being notified when making new comments. The admin of one of our sites has passed away, even though I removed them from the WordPress users, he’s still showing up as a notification person when clients post comments. It’s a little unsettling for the client.
When someone is removed from the WordPress users list, they should no longer show up in ProjectHuddle.
