Simple and works.
I used this to stop users from getting access to their profile and changing their password.

Installed plugin, activated it, went to Settings and selected everyone but Administrator, saved settings, page reloaded with random items deselected. I tested with a user login in a separate browser and the plugin settings failed to hide the Profile menu. I don’t want to have to keep resetting user passwords once I’ve created accounts.
