Can I update only some products? If plugin can’t find the SKU, is it possible not to update?

I am using this plugin to update my products stock and price. The sale price column is always empty. I update on sale prices manually.
After each update with this plugin for those products that have a sale price i see original price crossed out and again same amount in sale price.
The sale price is correct in the product edit page or other bulk edit plugins. I have to manually change the sale price, save and change back to correct amount and save to see it again correctly on user side.
Also when the user adds the product to cart it is added with the incorrect before sale price.

I can get my ERP to generate an automatic xls with the stock inventory at the end of each day.

Is it possibile with the PRO version to make sure that the stock inventory is daily updated accordingly?
