The “Make non-purchasable” feature is enabled, but is working only for Simple Products.
If you create a Variable Product with one or more variations, they are still purchasable.

Hello, thank you for a great plugin. It has been working perfect until now. The problem I’m facing is that the date doesn’t change. I have chosen 2021-08-08 but after saving, it changes back to 2021-07-11(The last date it was saved to).

It works very well on desktop and mobile view on desktop.
But when I see it on my phone, the countdown disappear.

I made a purchase from your site: ProWCPlugins.com for the Product Timer Countdown for $19.99 and when I tried to download the zip file to install on my site.. the folder / file was “empty?” Also, the download wasn’t just empty.. the download page took me to a completely different product download page for “Product Price by Formula?” I didn’t buy “Product Price by Formula” I clicked to by “Product Timer Countdown?”

I sent you a email via your [email protected]. Inovice # 2051. Can you please send me the zip file and please expedite this request seeing as I didn’t get what I paid for?

Assistance needed please. The timer isn’t displaying. The functionality of disabling the product from purchase works, however.

Edit: Disregard, I’m going to just use a simple HTML timer embed as a solution. Item launches in a few hrs so I needed to figure out something else to show the timer.

Hi. As you said you’re open to suggestions, I thought about making a couple:

1. Fully explain what the plugin does. It would help people evaluate if it really suits their needs. On another website I read this description that seems a lot clearer (and friendlier) than “Product time countdown for WooCommerce”.

It is a type of WordPress plugin that can boost sale by putting products on sale for a valid period. This attracts customers to grab the products before the offer ends.

2. Add screenshots. Again, this would help us as it validates the plugin owner’s claims.

PS: Answering the two now year-old support questions would help, too, as it would show there’s someone caring for the plugin.
