While my initial experience with the developer came with some frustration, with that sorted, I can now categorically state this is an excellent plugin with extremely good and diligent user support. I have tried and used many carousel plugins and found this to be superior in style and design as well as functionality. I highly recommend.

Brought the pro version and received it. No problems.
I did have some dificulties getting in touch with support through the support forum at first. I needed the plugin to work with another plugin.
However after some time I was able to get in touch with Masud and he offered great support and tweaked the plugin for my needs. Very fast! He even followed up on me, as I did not respond for some time and he wanted to make sure that the plugin was working as expecting!

I bought the pro version of this plugin. I found a bug and sent several emails and opened a ticket in their support forum during the last month and I am still waiting for an answer.
That is not professional at all and I would not recommend anyone to buy something from this team.

BUYER BEWARE
I purchased the pro version of this plugin. It created issues in several places in our website. Alignment of many areas were thrown off, side bar disappeared and displayed in the footer. Woocommerce itself displayed incorrectly in many areas. The list goes on and on.
I contacted their support forum and email form on their website several times for weeks to get help. No contact and my forum posts never surfaced or were answered.
I had to give up and replace this carousel slider on over 300+ products. Not happy about that at all.
I will never purchase anything from them ever again or suggest to anyone else.

I bought the plugin and I installed it correctly, everything works but in the carousel the images do not appear, and to get the assistance I have to pay. I sent three contact emails without ever receiving an answer. I do not want a customization but the plugin I bought works!

After installation I created new Woo Carousel and added shortcode to the page.
I see title and arrows, but carousel is set to be hidden.
If I remove display none inside inspector all products appear with big images.

I bought the PRO version, asked for support, as the plugin could not be activated an received no answer at all.
Looks like: Pay and dont ask, even if it does not work at all.
Although the amount to pay was small, this is simply fraud.

I truly wasted my money on this plugin.
First, it does not work on each product page, i.e. to show each product image and its gallery with the slider option.
Second, support never reply to my email, although I purchased the pro version.
I eventually found and used the woocommerce product images slider plugin, free and works great and exactly as it supposes to, simply showing each product with slider.

I have tried several sliders to display my product line. What I don’t like is having to “link” my products to the slider (I want something that works right out of the box). This one fits the bill.
I only have the free version… I can’t imagine what all you get in the PRO version!.
Highly recommend this one for anyone that has been hunting for a good slider.

I came across this plugin after testing many others, but really like the ease of use which it gives. I am really happy with its performance.
I only found one minor issue, the display of ‘-‘ sign alongside “Select Options” button on variable product with variable prices, hoping to get some resolution soon. Apart from that its a breeze.
