I am having the same problem other users experienced. I have entered my API key, API secret, and associate tag and it still says “disconnected.” I checked and I have the latest version of WordPress, and just downloaded the plugin so know I have the latest update. How can I get the plugin to connect? Thank you.

I would like to know if it works without API. I am using woozone to import products and do not have API keys for now so will it still work? Also i wanted to know where on the product page does the availability box get displayed and does it work with Astra Theme + Woozone. Also what about variations does it display availability for all variations?

Thank you for your work on this plugin. It really looks interesting. However, I’m totally unable to make it work for my website.

I am using amazon.it API Keys, and both the plugin and the online scanner fail to work. The plugin remains disconnected, whereas the online scanner stalls after starting the scan process.

There’s anything I could do to make it work?

Once I scaned my website, this notice appears on report page:

“We couldn’t find any previous scan report. Run the scanner first and come back here to see an archived version of the result.”

It has been tried on different webs but with no luck.

I would be interested in a plugin like this but working with Etsy instead of Amazon. Just an idea! ?? Have a nice day!

This was a truly fantastic plugin until the latests wordpress edition which has stopped it working. Any suggestions on how to get it working again?

I love this plugin, works great, all the other amazon link checkers I could find were at least $20 per month. Only thing I would like to have added is the ability to choose which categories we want to scan instead of the entire website.

I’ve entered newly generated API credentials, and an affiliate code. But having hitting Save it continues to say “Disconnected”. No message comes up or anything to indicate anything happened. The page refreshes, and that’s about it.

Any suggestions?

Does Amazon API use an uncommon port, which I might need to open on our firewall?

I have added my new Amazon Associates Id and secret access information added and yet still shows Disconnected. I really want this to work in my WordPress.

At the start of the scan, an entry is inserted into the scan table.

But when the process finishes, it again inserts an entry to the scan table.

The result, the last entry doesn’t have any entry into the products table, which results into no reports to display.

To regenerate, run the report at least 2 times to witness the issue.

This doesn’t happen on 1st instance.

There should be a Page with a Scheduler Feature to automatically scan the pages at a given interval.

This will help the affiliate marketers to see the reports without the need to manually check.

Although the plugin is awesome, the Report Section doesn’t work or not developed yet.

There should be a possibility to click on the Last Scan Report and see the products unavailable.

This will help not to re-scan again and again on a particular day.
