Cannot connect to any printer even printer is online USB Cable

Only the price of each individual product is show.
We also want the Total price of the entire order on the receipt.

Hi there! I already installed the plugin, created an api key at print node, also had installed the windows app the client pc. I including can seed the orders registeered and alegally printed at the log. Its a woocommerce site, installed under a win7 desktop with a termic printer. Already checked to ad the printer online at the api, it is printing technilly right, but nothing is showed up printed, only the test page I’ve printed acessing by my cellphone also by the desktop. I have already a print plugin installed called invoice and delivery notes for woocommerce running. We are very interested to buy the plan for more than 50 invoices month, but still at free trial. please help me, Im not an english natve and not so advanced in coding web designer. Thanks a lot!

We’ve been using Printus to print WooCommerce orders to 80mm thermal printer. We use PPOM to add fields to products. Also, everything is in Greek.
So when we print, everyhting prints fine in Greek, but the PPOM labels (not the values selected by the user, those print fine) print as lines of questionmarks, like so: ????????
We don’t really need to print the labels anyway, so is there a way to remove them completely?

great plugin, good job. it prints simple product soothly but for variable product it only prints the product name not the variation. please check the issue.
moreover, can we change the product items template? currently it prints like this>>
item price qty total
for example> can coke 0.6 2 1.20
but i need like this
2 can coke 1.20 , qty first and then product name together and total price at the end

]]>Hi, when the printer prints the order it first prints rolls out a long empty space then finally prints the actual order.
The length of the printed roll is too long and wasteful.
With both default and manual settings it is still long.
Also with Auto-height it is still too long.
My printer is a BIXOLON SRP-350

Just installed printus to try it but i cannot find anything on my wordpress dashboard to be able to configure it. there is no SL plugins. the only thing i see is the entry in the plugins otherwise i cannot see it.
WordPress 6.2.2 with DIVI and woocommerce.

I would like to use this plugin to print a new online-order on a thermal printer within a restaurant to notify staff about the order and get everything ready.
However when I print the order with the Nimbus template any selected extra options or properties (eg large/small fries) dont get printed, just the very basic position name.
This makes it unusable in my case unfortunately, would love to see if that can be done.

I am testing your plugin and I have to say that you did an excellent job.
One thing that is missing, and it’s crucial in my opinion, is the ability to print on demand. Additionally to Print Triggers, there should be an option is order’s page to print that order on demand.
