Needed to simply export around 80 blog posts before a site liquidation. This plugin did it perfectly.

Excellent tool to produce pdf files from my blog.
Installed cleanly and as a non-skilled user it was easy to set the options
Worked well on the simple version but will try the more complex one when needed.

I recently installed the Print My Blog – Print, PDF, & eBook Converter WordPress Plugin, and it’s exactly what I needed. About a month ago, I was searching for a solution to print posts from specific categories, and this plugin has been a game changer. It’s performing flawlessly so far, though I haven’t had the chance to test it extensively. A huge thank you to the developer for creating such a fantastic tool!
Cheers!

Your plugin is almost perfect.
What is missing:
1. When printing directly from?the back-end, it is configured for just one side printing, while it would also need to print on both sides;
2. The in header title is right justified, while the modern tendency is to either centered, or side justified usually in two versions: 1. if on?the right side is?the title or?the chapter, then on?the left side?is the author or?the title. Yet, ideally, the user could choose what to print on either side.
3. When I tried to print from?the front-end, it is based on?the browser.

A must have plugin, if you are a content creator. Brilliant, clean, easy to use and a lot of options even on free version! I think I’ll purchase it, when my project will be mature for printing. Thanks a lot!

I have used this plugin several times to save a digital PDF of my blog which has over 1300 posts. It’s really a backup for me just in case. I have tried various backup-up plugins but once my blog reached a certain size, none of them work. They all time-out or fail before producing a full backup. From reading, there appear to be technical reasons for this that would require troubleshooting and PHP changes beyond my level of expertise and comfort.
So instead, I export an XML file quarterly as a backup and use use this plugin to create a PDF so I can actually see the posts I wrote.
It works great, takes <10 minutes and is free.
If I ever decided to compile them into a book, I’d upgrade to the paid version.

I have recently started a project to publish a book based on my blog. I am novice when it comes to WordPress. Mike has been quick to reply to my questions and either give me an answer or honestly tell me when he will be able to address my issue. He then comes through as promised. Thanks for PMB.

I have no idea how I could ever have turned a blog into an ebook with over 1000 pages otherwise. And it has literally hundreds of photos so what was really useful was the simple coding provided by the plugin that allowed me to space the text so that the photos were all aligned exactly how I wanted them to be. The support was really good too, quick responses and patience with a not very tech savvy person like myself.

Pretty happy with how easy it was to get a PDF version of all my client’s blog posts. The way our PDF came out though, the text cannot be copy/pasted, but that could just be a problem unique to their website.

Our organization has published newsletters periodically for many years. Recently we switched to authors creating their own articles online using WordPress blog posts. However, we still wanted to publish issues that aggregate recent blog posts to include on our website and to archive.
Print My Blog is an amazing plugin that has given us the best of both worlds: timely continuous online publication of articles, and newsletter issues that provide a digest of recent posts and can be mailed or published online. This also eliminates the need to recruit a newsletter editor, as most functions are now automated, done by authors, or can be performed by a publication assistant with minimal effort or expertise required.
Most of our articles have images. The way Print My Blog flows images in the two-column “Mayer Magazine” design format that we use is brilliant. Even in the few cases where the layout might not be quite what we would do by hand, we can almost always improve it by re-arranging the order of articles in the issue, and only very occasionally by making minor edits to an article. The result is a layout that is pleasing for readers without requiring hand-layout of the issue.
Another thing that is impressive is the level of documentation provided, including a wide range of how-tos, as well as detailed technical documentation for customizing the plugin for various use cases. The ability to report problems through the plugin control panel and the level of diagnostics it provides enables the developers to provide detailed technical support quickly and efficiently.
And speaking of support, it is outstanding! I have seldom seen a plugin whose developers care more deeply about the quality of the product or the customer. It is really first-rate.
Many product features are available in the free version, but Print My Blog also offers various professional level paid options that provide additional functionality like creating ebooks, MS Word documents, and more advanced print options. Even if you do not need them now, knowing that they are available means that your investment in the plugin is protected if you do in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about Print My Blog and the developers who created this plugin. If you need this functionality, this is the one to choose. Six stars!

I love this plug-in. I want my visitors to be able to print some of my site exercises to use in the classroom, and this plugin allows that. I use the shortcode [pmb_print_buttons] on the pages I want my visitors to be able to print. I have only tested the print button. At first, I had an issue because it would print the share buttons and like buttons, but I contacted Mike the guy who created this plugin and he changed the settings so those things don’t print. If you have any issues please contact him!

This is a great program for those that want to allow printing from their web site.
There are not a lot of printing plugins for WordPress that work this well.
The customer service is amazing if you have any printing problems with the plugin.
Michael responded quickly to any questions and followed up with quick u-tube instructions. He added the extra code as needed to work with error messages caused by different internet browsers we were using.
Thank you!

Excellent service and very very helpful. He goes out of his way to help and does everything he can to try to solve the problems. Couldn’t be more grateful for his help.
I wish I could pay him for all his time and help he gave, but unfortunately I have had very bad luck with paypal and do not trust paypal with my personal info. If there is another way please let me know. THANK YOU again..

I have tried earlier versions, but this new one, Version 3.16.5, is working very well for me!

Should be a 5 for all the free options, but the Print to PDF is not very good (Mac, Chrome) – the print is all the way to edge of left margin. Same with Print to Paper.
Do I get alphabetical or ID sort order with the Pro version?
A choice of authors, not just one – and the ability to uncheck one I don’t want anyway?
Some empty lines between Tag-section and text?
Actual inserted photos rather than picture frames w/o content?
Image size to max width, rather than an percentage reduction?
NOT deleting everything between hard brackets… [ ]
Then Pro is the next logical step.

This is exactly what I needed. It would be even better if it had an option to show the button only to logged in users but in any cases it is great overall and very easy to setup. Many thanks.

This plugin perfectly fit the requirements of a site I that am working on. It generates clean and neat print-friendly pages without sending data to a 3rd party site or server as some other print plugins on here do. The printed results look great and the image resizing option is a great feature to save on ink.
Furthermore, the developer is friendly, quick to respond to support queries, and clearly has a passionate drive to make this plugin the best it can be.
These points combined make me feel that this plugin is in good hands and will most likely continue to improve as time goes on.

I’ve looked for diligently for a way to allow the visitors of my site to print and/or save a copy of my post & pages to a PDF format.
I tried a few of the plugins I found on the WordPress database but most did not fit the bill while another one did but you had to purchase credits for a successful creation of the article.
I didn’t mind paying for such a great service but I knew the on-going credits would create a problem later.
I even searched YouTube to see if there was an easy way for me to it myself but found none.
Then I came across “Print-My-Blog” by doing a creative word search again on the WordPress database.
I was delightfully surprised that this simple plugin did EXACTLY what I need it to do …. and get this, “FOR FREE” at this time.
Since I was willing to pay for one of the other plugins, I know it was only fair and right to donate to the developer for the time and resources used to create this gem.

I think this is the only plugin available, that serves the purpose of creating a single document comprising of our selected blog posts, and by applying additional filters.
It is totally hassle free and user friendly.
Also great and prompt support by the plugin author, who once updated the version overnight to address an issue that was causing PMB from working on my site.
It works absolutely fine and wonderful !
Thanks again for this great plugin.

This plugin is great, especially for Elementor users. I worked with him on some issues with the plugin and he enhanced the plugin to meet my use case, which I thought was awesome! Now I just need to use a shortcode and any print button works to print out the very page it applies to – it’s super! Thanks Mike!!!
