I have 3 passes. I use the shortcode and nothing happens.

To confirm, when you say:

If you have created single-single products then just need to pass the “ids” of the download.

So this is the ID I see when I hover over the download in ‘downloads’ – i.e. the page ID? If not, where am I looking?
