Great plugin, like the simple way to use and the clean layout!
A small “issue” which think I think is when using this plugin in conjunction with a short code from another plugin.
I have a shop plugin with short codes to insert single purchase items.
When I insert the short code in the price button url, the short code works and takes the visitor to the purchase page, but there is also a few characters
added that I think comes from this mix of plugins.

It will not allow me to create anything. Takes a while to load the page, and will not save once I do create one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin a few times and still no luck.

I would like a prospective customer to pick a package and submit their selection to me via web form, including name, email and phone number. How would you suggest making that work?
