This plugin gives some extras like “featured image”, which exists only in elementor pro. No other plugin has them.

I’m using this plugin to get the current title and date into the post. It’s so far the only solution I’ve found with only using free versions of everything. By the looks on the support forum and reviews, the plugin is not actively maintained.
One thing I’m missing is an option to insert the header image into a text widget so it can be in the column of the text instead of above it.

Lack of updates in free and Pro version.
For all things of what this plugin does (in free & Pro) there are way better alternatives available.

This killed my site, and seems to have set off evil ninjas every way imaginable. I don’t know all the reasons why but even my host provider could not get it released. It says the most current update, yet it acts like it is out of date or somehow opens a can of worms. Luckily I have gotten rid of it via wp dashboard.

Hi, Sorry but I deleted the plug within 20 minutes of installing it. Didn’t have a clue what to do as it wasn’t user friendly and there’s no tutorials anywhere on the web. I think the most important thing for any product to be accepted by users is a good detailed tutorial on how it workd.

I would’ve loved to give it a higher rating. The snippets it does provide are handy to some extend. However the flooding of Elementor interface with widgets that you cannot use and are simply stuck in to advertise the pro elements are so irritating that I actually just uninstalled and won’t ever consider buying a pro version when such tactics were used.

This is a really good plugin. However, it has one fatal flaw. It feels like an overt advertisement for the pro version.
I have nothing against a pro version. In fact the ACF integration has me considering purchasing it.
What I do have a problem with is crippling functionality in the free version. You have 8 pro elements (that I can tell) in the editor. When I select them and add them to the page, I am told that I have to purchase the pro version to edit the content of the element.
www.remarpro.com plugins are supposed to be free of defects like this.
Guideline #3:
‘Similarly, you cannot “cripple” functionality in the plugin and then ask for payment or provide a code to unlock the functionality’
The functionality of those elements are crippled and I am hit with an “upgrade now” button to unlock the functionality.
TL;DR: It is a great plugin and you don’t need to bait and switch. Advertise those features on your settings page but don’t embed them in the editor.
If you take my advice, I will happily edit my review and give you 5 stars because it really is a great plugin.

This plugin helps me assign dynamic content to my Elementor templates in my client’s website.
In this way, I created one template for different content types in the website, which solved me a huge problem.
