Hello,

Is it possible to get support here, as I can’t edit in the Elementor (it shows a loading circle all the time non stop) when this plugin is activated. When I deactivate it, Elementor is loading immediately.

Is it possible to fix this issue or is there any other solution possibly?

Im working on a online shopping project with elementor and woo commerce. Everything works fine before and when i was trying to access my single product page today, All the dynamic content not loading in editor. I tried to add new dynamic content field but non of them working too. Its strange why content are not loading. i have wasted considerable amount of time deactivating and activating plugins and many things. Nothing worked and I’m really frustrated and i cant move on with the project now. Please help me on this

At present there does not appear to be any online information about when – or if – Press Elements will be made compatible with WP5 and Gutenberg. What is the problem and is there a resolution in sight?

When this Plugin is active, i couldn’t Add New Post or Page.When the Add New is clicked a blank screen is shown. Thanks for any help

When I try to add more fields to the typing effect the javascript throws an error: “Uncaught ReferenceError: string is not defined”.

Can’t provide a link since it is a local installation but it is a clean install, latest WP version and only elementor and this plugin installed. PHP version is 7.2 if that matters.

Love the plugin otherwise but this was the main reason I got it so a bit of a bummer.

Can Image Accordian have links? I want to assign links to each image. If not can you add this feature?

FYI – I came across this issue occurring when trying to save in Elementor and eliminated all plugins except Elements Plus.

When Elements Plus was deactivated the issue went away instantly.
Solution: I rolled back the plugin to Version 1.7.5 and the problem resolved.

I want you to ask you to refund my actual (today) payment.
There is some evident mistake in order or license.
One year ago I needed single site lifetime license and I paid for that $99, but today my credit card was withdrawn again… there is probably mistake in license.

Since I don’t need the WP plugin any more, I would like to kindly ask you to change the license or stop it and refund my actual payment.

I purchased your plugin for my website recently but the image accordion broke my home page and now i cant use elementor with press elements installed so have had to deactivate it.

I would like a refund as I cannot now use the plugin on my site and it has caused me problems with fixing my home page.

I have not posted a link as it is now fixed and I’ve uninstalled press elements

I received an email that my subscription for press elements pro would be renewing, however, I no longer want/need to renew it since I know longer have the site it was used on.

When I click on the link provided in the email to make a change to the subscription, it takes me to my wp-admin, but it returns a 404 error since the site no longer exists.

How could I cancel the renewal without having to go to my wp-admin?

we bought your interesting plugin to use it especially to connect our predefined Advanced Custom Fields. As we understand your plugin – it will make it possible to style the ACF via the Elementor plugin.
In the dropdown menu all our predefined ACF′s show up, but when we pull them into a section of the Elementor plugin or so, the content (image / text or .. ) will not be displayed.
Any suggestion what we do wrong? Looking forward to get some idea, because your plugin looks so promising.

1.7.1 is missing the minified effects e.g:
typing-effect.min.js
typing-effect.min.css

I wanted to use this plugin on my production site but I believe I registered this Plugin on my localhost site that I have deleted. Now I cant move my license as i cant get to the “Account page under the plugin settings in the admin dashboard, click on deactivate license first, and then try again”.

Should be a more obvious way to handle licenses or can it be done in a simple way that I can’t figure out?

Likely a bloody beginner question …
At creating in Elementor a new post, I started with adding your featured image widget to it.
But I do not see an option to add an image itself in the grey field of the widget in the post.
Can you help me out?

Have been using Press Elements 1.7.0 free successfully up until today.
Elementor has just updated to 1.9.3 and Elementor Pro 1.13.2.
Now any page using a Press Elements widget stops Elementor page editor loading.
I went and did the usual turning off plugins to try and debug. Luckily (for me) the first one I deactivated was the press elements one, which got everything working again.
I guess whatever Elementor has done with this latest update, it has caused a problem when trying to use the Press Elements plugin.

I was using the date and author widgets placed on the page.

I had saved an Elementor template with these on, and this fails in the same way.

Since the upgrade to WordPress 4.9 the “Post Author” element is preventing the Elementor Edit page from opening the post. When I click on “Edit with Elementor” The page starts to load then freezes with the Elementor icon on screen.

I tried creating test posts without the “Post Author” element and using the “Post title” or “Post Date” elements work fine.

I’m trapped now without the ability to edit these posts. If only I could open them I could remove the “Post Author” element completely.

Downgrading to WordPress 4.8.3 enables editing – but I loose all the data since the upgrade to wordpress 4.9

The Elementor Support team says: (after checking this issue on a staging site)
“Only the developer of Press Elements can solve that.”

I see the last forum reply is from four months ago… Is this plugin still supported? Is it still in development? I would buy pro but if my questions aren’t even answered for the current version, how can I trust that they will be when I upgrade?

I’m just testing Press Elements Premium to display Custom fields.

I have Genesis and Dynamik as theme.

I first generated post type with WP Toolset.

So then created a Elementor template to display the custom fields but when I add Post Elements – Template custom fields I get an undefined message.

So then I wanted to use Press Elements Pro Integrations- Advanced Custom Fields. This required me to install ACF.

I installed it and made some custom fields and added some data in those fields. Then tried the Press Elements Pro Integrations- Advanced Custom Fields but no field content showing in dropdown???

Currently I am testing your plugin and it looks nice but there is a bug? in the free version? If I have a post and I “insert” my elementor template in it (to make the single post show like I want it to) the excerpt displays the content of a slider on this same page. It also ruins the contents of the post article.
But I don’t want to show an except, I want to show the WHOLE content of the post item, so how do I do that? Does this need the Pro version? Because it is difficult to see if it works now.
I will wait to buy until I am sure the Press Elements allows me to display the whole content of that post.

The before and after image addon is not working. The website is still behind a password and still not public but can supply you with the details to access. I bought the add on particualrly for this effect and disappointed that it’s not working.

I believed this plugin came with the ′post title element′. There is a style title element, but cannot see the post title one, I′m really having trouble displaying the post title, use many different codes etc, and was hoping this one could be the answer. Is it no longer available as an element? Thank you

I setup a “static page” to have the home page as my Front page. What is happening is: The home page edited through elementor was https://www.mtemples.org/home/?elementor; Now is
https://www.mtemples.org/?elementor
The elementor is not updating it in the wordpress. I mean, I need to type the last address if I want to edit the home page.

I’m running WP 4.8 with the Generate Press 1.3.48 theme and Elementor with Press Elements. The site appeared to be running OK until I discovered that I could no longer edit most of my pages. They still displayed OK: but Elementor hung with a blank main panel whenever I tried to edit the page with it. When I disabled Press Elements, the Elementor editor would load: but then I would lose my page titles and comments sections. I was using the latest version of Elementor: but even rolling back to 1.4.10 failed to resolve the issue.

I’ve finally traced the problem as far as discovering that if I go into a page’s initial edit page, uncheck Discussion/Allow Comments and click Update, I can then open Elementor and edit quite happily. Any existing comments are also displayed. But if I subsequently check Allow Comments again, the Elementor editor is again disabled.

Any suggestions?

Hi! Page stopped be editable with Elementor after Author Widget inserting. Just Elementor logo shows and endless loading. Plugin deactivatin solve the problem.
