Text Centering not Works. So many files. Instead use Simple single file Plugin –
“Protect schema.org markup in HTML editor”

Yeah, it doing it’s job – wordpress now don’t f*ck up all my code after switching to visual editor, but now text editor looks like one big paragraph and completely unreadable, maybe it’s ok for someone but not for me, sadly.

doesn’t do anything

I’ve only just installed it and done some testing, but it appears to work as advertised. It will save me considerable time!
Thanks!

The plugin completely ruined the website.
I read the installation instructions and yet, the website is still broken.

when i switch between text and visual mode

Thank you for an excellent plugin that works as advertised ??
They’re not joking about needing to follow the installation instructions! What a novel idea, installation instructions ?? It could use a notice directing you to the actual settings and have a “settings” link on the plugin listing in the admin plugins section, but this is really a UI nit pick.

Overall a great plugin, but I believe there is a bug when trying to link to an internal post link. Usually, the link would be converted into a nice preview of the post you’re linking to with an image. Now, it doesn’t even become a link, just some paragraph text.

I am using the Divi theme of Elegantthemes, and I had to switch back to TinyMCE Advanced (it has a “keep tags” option) when I start fighting with

that was appearing everywhere… Too bad, I was hoping to see a new solution for this basic WP missing option.

I can now lay out my code in nice clean order – makes locating code items SO much easier.

Thank you excellent plugin!!
I was helped by your plugin.

WordPress deleting specially marked up HTML added in the text editor has been a long standing problem that has been driving me (and many others) nuts. And I’ve noticed developers and supporters of the WYSIWYG editor seem to have a bad attitude about even considering a fix.
This plugin fixes the problem admirably!

Works out of the box with no configuration needed.
Stops those damn annoying empty

tags! Can take a little getting used to if you’ve become reliant on WordPress paragraphing stuff for you, especially if you install the plugin with existing content or aren’t familiar with html tags.
This should be part of WordPress Core!

Worked really well until I updated to WP 4.3. Now if I try to toggle between the visual and text editors and save changes, the code becomes unrecognizable (and therefore un-editable) to me. Patiently awaiting a fix (please!!) …

After upgrading my WP, this plugin stops working. All the html tags appear in the visual editor.
This plugin has been very helpful in my work. Hope the author would have time to update. Thanks.

Great plugin, but since upgrading to 4.3 wordpress its no longer working, I am instead getting lots of code such as:
<!–mep-nl–><!–mep-tab–>
Hoping for a fix / update soon

I love the plugin, I actually need it to stay sane on wordpress.
However, every now and then it saves all of the markup into asci codes and adds all sort of mark up. I have to go back to an old revision and start from that again ??
But, I still keep it installed as I hate WP screwing up my posts

WP Visual editor messing with my code was driving me mad and no other plugin or solution worked properly. Thank you!
Rating: 5 stars
Really don’t understand why this is not core WP functionality
Rating: 5 stars
I never ever did use the “visual editor” but nevertheless WordPress always managed to screw up my html.
With this plugin everything is OK, my code remains at it was intended.
I don’t want to insinuate that all the WP developers are idiots, but the fact that this plugin is needed is … bizarre.

So glad I found this (saved my neck today) … why isn’t it just as standard in WP ???
Rating: 5 stars
This plugin should come as standard with WordPress.
I have no idea why a CMS as popular as WordPress has failed to create a visual editor which doesn’t “clean up” (screw up) your carefully written HTML code.
This is an essential plugin.

Thanks a lot for this great plugin! It works like a charm and as expected.

After updating to wp 4.1.1 we discovered that we couldn’t edit images in existing posts and pages – we couldn’t even click on them in the visual editor. Deactivating this plugin solved the image problem, so I suspect there’s a compatibility issue with 4.1.1. If you are using earlier versions of WP, this plugin should work great for you.

THANK YOU!!!!!! EXACTLY what I needed!

I was really struggling with keeping the schema.org in the content. It’s important nowadays and my clients still want to work in the WYSIWYG screen, so switching between the tabs was a big no-no after I had inserted it cause it would be gone…
It takes hours to add it so I SOOOO APPRECIATE this plugin!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

The plugins works perfectly. It’s the only one that is up to date and saves html code from the wpautop() functionality. Great job!

That’s what I’ve looked for

WordPress was cleaning my HTML code from the text tab on post editing. This plugin fixed this.
