Hi,
I love this plugin but there are a few things I think would make it even more unique. What do you think about adding the following:
1. Archive page
2. Shortcodes/gutenberg blocks
3. Taxonomies: category (or topic) and tag
4. Like, share & embed, and report options.
5. Date posted & views custom fields.
6. Presentation language custom field.
7. Presentation except/short description
8. Download button with option to download as PDF or PPTX
9. Default boxed appearance, fitting theme design/width (with site header and sidebar), not the full screen as it is now, but still can go full screen by clicking on full screen button.
10. Integration with BuddyPress (presentations in site activities, submitted presentations under user profile tab called “Presentations”)
11. Frontend submission option.`
Kindly,
]]>I’ve just installed this plugin and I’m working on a presentation.
It works normally in preview mode when it’s a draft, but if I publish it, I get a 404 whenever I visit the URL. (Preview mode also gives a 404 if it’s already published.)
]]>Hello Aaron,
here is a french translation of presenter plugin, excuse-me i don’t have a github account and i don’t want to make one.

]]>Tried to see my slideshow with the url/slideshow/name shortcut and got an error 404. Tried this on a Genesis Framework version and a regular version.
e.g. I have a permalink https://koufax.pqwee.com/slideshow/why/
I see function the_content($content) and function url_shortcode( $attr, $content = ” )
not sure how it gets hooked to index.php – maybe new conflict since older versions? Thoughts?
]]>Super great idea though..
]]>Hi
Thanks for the plugin!
I need to display the admin tool bar on the front end and Presenter turns it off or changes the scripts settings to not display.
Can you point me in the direction of the code I need to modify?
Thanks
Mike
I need to ask about what is this plugin provide .
Is it present PowerPoint extension only ? or it is a slideshow builder
Visual Editor does not work at all, can’t use it.
Text editor – the buttons do not do anything.
See this demonstration:
https://emeyf.no-more-war.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Test-Presenter.ogg
There is an error message likely related to that in the console:
TypeError: window.tinyMCE.activeEditor is null
and if I click on the VisualEditor tab, this error message comes up in console:
TypeError: c is undefined
But the Add-Media button works ??
]]>If Jetpack “Related Posts” function is active and in “Settings”->”Reading” the option “Show a “Related” header to more clearly separate the related section from posts” is checked, then “Related” heading will show up on all slides and kind of get in the way of the slide content:
