Hello, I noticed a strange error. I use a plugin to offer product add ons. (It doesn’t matter which one, I tried multiple plugins but the error is being reproduced as long as Premmerce is active.)

Everything is fine until the user completes the order and the order remains in the same status. As soon as the status is changed though, the add-ons that should be added to the price (and are correctly added in the original status) are instantly subtracted as a “coupon” discount. From here on it is not possible to change the order back to the original total and the order remains with the wrong price.

I have deactivated all of my plugins and this is the only one that seems to be interfering.

Any help would be appreciated.

I liked your plugin, but there is a very big problem, it is the lack of a minimum quantity for the wholesale price. Of course, you can specify a wholesale price for a group, but each product can have a wholesale price only from a certain number of pieces. How then to do it?

When the order status changes, discount coupons that were applied to the order are reset.
Disabling all plugins revealed a problem with Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce. Updating the plugin and wordpress did not help, WooCommerce is also the latest version.

Your plugin causes the issue that i can’t change the prices in manual orders with woocommerce 7.1.0.

After deactivating everything works fine.

We are looking for a way to have the regular price display as RRP: when a wholesale user is viewing a product. (similar to how sale pricing works)

When you change the language in the user interface, the prices you entered do not appear , It shows the basic prices.

Wholesale prices only appear in the language in which the product was added

Creé 4 roles con su precio y el catálogo ya fue cargado con los precios asignados pero en algunos productos si los muestra correctamente pero al agregarlos al carrito se cambia a precio normal.

I am switching from the bloated and slow Wholesale Suite plugin – is there a way to migrate the roles? Their plugin really slows down my site (from 2 seconds to 120 seconds), whereas this plugin does 3 seconds – which is not bad comparatively. But, I’m hoping to be able to migrate the roles and prices.

Plugin is the latest version, but errors have been happening in the previous version as well.

When this plugin is active, the following errors appear:

Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.

I noticed that the previous thread was closed on this topic. Do you have any updates if you now can display the regular price and below the wholesale price?

Would there be a way that I could add the function or call the regular price? If I ever do need to update I can just make sure not to overwrite.

How to update prices through imports?

I’m testing you Premmerce Wholesale Pricing plugin. For each variation we added B2B price. When I login with a decicated role (B2B account) then the regular price is still shown on the webpage. We already tried different approaches: add price to one variation, add price to two variation, add price to all variations, and clear all browser cookies.

Here an overview of the used version:
– WordPress (v5.1.1)
– Upscale theme (v1.8.18)
– Woocommerce (v3.6.1)
– Premmerce User Roles (v1.0.8)
– Premmerce Woocommerce Wholesale Pricing (v1.1.4)

Could you please give us some insights on what we can do to show the Wholesale price to the specific role?

I’m testing you Premmerce Wholesale Pricing plugin, it’s really nice and works well with simple products, but for variable products it displays VIP customer price range even though I log in as regular customer or log out completely. When I choose product option though the correct price is selected. I’ve talked to your chat support agent but wasn’t able to help me and directed here.
As you can see, price range under product name is 5-15 and it’s for VIP clients, but when you select product size the price for regular user is correctly displayed. Is it possible to show the price range according to user role? Because the way it works now is misleading for regular customers, they think the price is lower then it actually is.
