In the latest version 2.8.0 the file assets/css/min/frontend.min.css is missing which causes the error below

Hi, I recently updated the plugin to a new version, however there are some errors that me and my clients are experiencing.

1: With the Advanced Accordion element:

Hello, I use the “Info Grid & Carousel” element, after the Version 2.7.23 update my layout has been broken and certain things have changed:

1. When centering the slides, it showed me some strokes from the other slides on the sides, now the strokes are shown in the editor, but when viewing the site it is not shown as seen in the editor (it does not show the strokes) https://prnt.sc/Y2t_BgVi7RqU

Basically that’s it. Styling appears when in the Elementor editor, but is not displaying on the front end form.

I used the export kit for Elementor to import a website on another site. It did not import the plugin. I re-installed the plugin on the new site, now how do I import the settings from the plugin? All of the icons, gallery, etc. are no longer there because it didnt transfer with the Elementor import/export.

Once we preview the website and click on the caret symbol (or dropdown), it does not open the below Tree Structure.

Your login environment is down (Gateway time-out Error code 504) and this also causes errors in my WordPress dashboard. An http api call remains open, causing everything to crash. This makes everything load extremely slowly and I see errors on pages.

Would you please resolve this as soon as possible so that it works normally again? Otherwise I will have to remove the Powerpack plugin.

I am making a website for client with using Elementor and using post widget from powerpack addons to create news and event area. And during the waiting time for the confirmation from client so I decided to update some of the plugins.

After updated Elementor from version 17.3 to 18.3, the post area got big problem of showing image. The lightbox image suddenly shows after the footer but nothing wrong when I am editing with Elementor. The image shown after I published the page.

The problem only shows in any version of 18.0 so now I rollback the Elementor version to 17.3 right now.

Using Advanced posts in PowerPack Pro for Elementor. In a blog listing, suddenly appeared 5 non-existent posts. They’re not in dashboard, not trashed, not anywhere in database. They do not appear on the default archive page. They have only titles, no content, and they hyperlink to the same blog page where they’re at.

I have found that the latest update creates a conflict with Elementor pro template (my header template). It doesn’t allow the Elementor editor to load unless in safety mode and also doesn’t doesn’t publish changes made in the editor. I have de-activated your plugin for now, any idea when this maybe fixed please?

Hello! I have a multisite which I have installed “PowerPack Addons for Elementor” and when I go to plugins and press settings I get the following error “Sorry, you do not have permissions to access this page.” It should also show the PowerPack option in the Elementor menu, but it doesn’t appear.
In short, I have not been able to configure the Widgets since it does not allow me to enter settings. Please can you tell me what to do. Thank you

First of all, thank you for this plugin! I’m using the Post Grip widget and it’s exactly what I needed.

I tried to translate the common texts (Previos, Next, All…) for the Post Grid Widget using Loco Translate plugin.
The Spanish translation files are called:

powerpack-es_ES.mo
powerpack-es_ES.po

And I tried locating them in this folder:

wp-content/plugins/powerpack-lite-for-elementor/languages

But as you can see in the page, the translations are not working.

What can I do? Thank you!!

Recently updated the elementor plugin. The logo carouse has stopped working. It just show one image from the carousel. Using WordPress 5.9 and Elementor 3.12.2

Horizontal Timeline widget stop working suddenly. I have update plugin to latest version but still not working.

It’s working find on mobile and tab but not on desktop. Please try to review it and give suggestions to fix it. I didn’t see any error related to it in console.

Here is the error I get when trying to load Elementor on a CPT with a Editor user role.

I’m a web designer andI see two bugs in website of a person and I can’t contact to you on PowerPack pro support. I see two bugs on a site:
Photo slider widget:
On a page, we have an element section that is loaded in two places with a shortcode. In lightbox, each image shows twice. For example we have 3 photos. We have 6 photos in the lightbox ring and each photo is repeated side by side (not the ovaries together).
For lightbox Fantasy:
If we click on the side of the image and close the lightbox, it works fine. But if we open the image in lightbox again and try to close the lightbox in the same way, the page will be refreshed! I think this bug is for query in URL

We’ve updated at the last version of elementor and now the page that use “display conditions” load in debug mode only.
We’ve deactivate the other plugins , but only load again when we deactivate “power pack”.

Any solution? we’ve made all our extranet with this module for clients.
